Platform Coffee House

There is something special about being a regular at a small town coffee shop like Platform. Something about hearing the phrase "You want your usual?" that makes you feel seen. I go in often for a double shot over ice with a sippy lid. And today, when I was slammed at work, I ordered a double shot on door dash, but couldn't add in the rest of my preferences. They recognized the order and sent a sippy cup full of ice with the double shot so I could make my protein coffee ☺️ Thank you guys, I'm glad you are a regular part of my mornings 🫶

Last week I had an awful experience here at Platform Coffee House! First off, are you ever open? I’ve tried to come a few times now and it’s always closed!! Second off, I tried the orange cream finally once they were finally open, but only tasted cream. Where’s the orange? Thirdly, the service here was absolutely terrible girls constantly on their phones, and acted like I was an inconvenience to even be there! Plus the tall blonde didn’t even look up from her phone once! Are you paying these girls to sit there on phones because I’d love to get paid for doing NOTHING! Lastly, the floors and area just looked very dirty. I was expecting a nice little local coffee shop as I recently moved here and I’m not much of a complainer but overall was just a horrible experience. However, one girl did offer to remake my orange cream drink and was super kind to me that I had to ask for her name, Reba was excellent to me and I hope in the future more girls act like her. I will not be back, If you’re even open. Thank you Reba for fixing others mistakes and making me happy. The drink did taste so much better and I could actually taste ORANGE! 2/10 experience for me. I had to rate 1 star or else there would be 0 stars from me.

Amazing frozen matcha. Helpful staff. Large selection of drinks, snacks and merchandise. Malori and her team provide exceptional service. Love this place.

This is the BEST coffee ☕️ EVER!! It makes Starbucks look like Time Hortons. They have a huge selection of flavors, your choice of milk including homemade delicious whipped cream. 😋

I love this place, they have the best delicacies and energy spritzers (it has coffee extract in it and it's the perfect drink for people that don't like the taste of coffee but want the effects of coffee). I've been coming here for a couple of years, their employees are always awesome, and the atmosphere is always nice and relaxing, it's a great place to relax and unwind listening to the music play over the speakers and looking out the big picture front windows watching people and cars go by, and when it's not busy inside and there are no togo orders the employees are nice enough to let you talk to them about your day while they straighten up and clean, and the employees also make an effort to remember what you like to order and are also good at making recommendations on new drinks on the menu that you might like based on what you have liked in the past.

The shaken espresso’s are perfect. Great flavor without being too sweet. The lotus energy drinks are great too

We found Platform through a Google search as we were headed to s. Ohio. I had a latte, and ir was excellent. I was pleased with the syrup list, amd the service was GREAT! We will be back!

After a long day at work I couldn't wait to get my hands on a cup of this delectable coffee. I'm always a bit nervous going into new places because I never know what to order. Not here! I'm always welcomed and assisted so pleasantly by your wonderful staff. Today Alyssa was wonderful in helping me find a beverage I'd enjoy and even some amazing beeswax candle sticks! Wonderful experience all around that truly made my day! Thanks!

Very nice shop. Food and coffee were great but lots of young girls distracted by their phones. I walked up to order and the young lady was on her phone for about 30 seconds and without looking at me, she said “ hi what can I get you” while continuing to text. Another girl was making an order while both the cashier and another girl in the back both were on their phones. The other girl finished with the drink she was making and the girl who initially took my order asked me what I had again after about 5 minutes and then started making the drink. They were sweet enough but phones make the atmosphere unapproachable and the customer feel like they are the ones impending on your time. Just some feedback. Beautiful shop nonetheless, great coffee, and the blueberry muffin was delicious.
