Sonic Drive-In

Convinced there isn’t a single competent employee that works here. It does not matter what day, what time, what you order or anything you can guarantee that your food will be of the worst quality possible and that it will take an obscene amount of time to get it. This may very well be the worst fast food place in the state, they are definitely the worst in town. They are consistent though I will give them that, they never ever get better and are consistently bad. Given they only pay their employees $12 an hour so I’m certain that plays the biggest role in this considering every other fast food place pays atleast $15, I imagine it literally impossible to get decent employees at that pay rate. Love sonics menu and all the cool food and combinations you can come up, but genuinely just stay away.

I gave 1 star because nothing lower. This place is only processing 1 order from start to finish. I sat in the drive thru at the speaker for almost 10 min before I left. They are so slow. Management needs replaced. I sat in their line 3 days ago for over 20 min to get a order processed wrong. Won't return to this one ever again.

Hands down one of the best sonics I have ever been to

Food was passable but the drive in experience leaves a great deal to be desired.Rushed to order,cut off while still ordering and no response to the ordering device.Rude carhop.The experience left us wondering if the staff were all on meth...

Long wait. Rude drive thru workers. Just for the slushie machine to be down.

We got taken out and it was pretty bad.

I waited for 45 minutes just for them to get my whole entire order wrong, and when I got home to call them and get my refund back, they cursed me out and said they called the cops if I called back again.

Went twice today 9/22/24. Went through the drive thru first waited for 8 minutes with only being told to look at the menu and they will be right back. There was only one car in the drive thru. I figured they were short staffed so we went to the store and came back 3 hours later. We go back through this time park in a bay because we had a little time to burn. Push the button and waited 15 minutes this time no one even talked to us. There were 2 cars in the drive thru at this point. 1 star for service. Atleast talk to the customer.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers 2 foot long cony only got 1 cheeseburger and the conys barely had any sauce or cheese and cold

The one redeeming quality of this store worthy of an extra star was the friendliness and pleasantness of the younger fella in the drive-through window. Nearly everything about my food order was horrible, however.

1) I know that the tots container I got is a large size, but would it have killed the employee to throw just a couple/few more tots in there?
2) The one item of food that has an open top and toppings on it, the hot dog, was put in the very bottom of the bag, and everything else was slammed on top of it.
3) 1/4 of the burger cheese and onions ended up on the side of the container..
4) 2/3 of my route 44 cup of strawberry limeade was filled with ice, thus I got maybe 4-5 good sips on the drink before it was gone..
5) I know that I ordered the junior bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito, but are kidding me with the size of this thing?

I paid $4.99 for a size medium JUMBO popcorn chicken. They gave me 5 pieces of popcorn chicken not to mention they were not JUMBO size.

The folks at the Circleville Sonic are always kind and efficient and, bonus, they have the good ice!

I recently visited Sonic Drive Thru for the first time and was blown away by my experience. The menu had a great variety of options and the ordering process was simple and efficient. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which made my decision-making process much easier. When my food arrived, I was impressed by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The sandwich was juicy and flavorful, the fries were crispy and hot, and the drink was the perfect beverage to cool me down on a hot day. Overall, my experience at Sonic Drive Thru was fantastic and I can't wait to visit again soon.
