I have attempted to order a bag of ice from this location at least three times in the past month and I have always been told they are unable to sell them. One of those times I literally sat at the menu board for over 5 minutes before anyone attempted to take my order, I know that it was over 5 minutes because I like to time drive thrus due to the fact that I work as a fast food manager myself and I like to see how the competition performs. I have yet to have a good experience at this location

Waited at a kiosk for 10 minutes after pushing the button. No service. Got in drive thru waited about 7 before anyone even came to the speaker then asked me to wait. Another 3-5 minutes no one came back so I drove off.

NO ONE WORKS HERE! Why is this place even open? Pulled in for dinner at 4:45 and I was the second car in the lot. I tried to order from a space and no one would take the order. I then tried to use the drive thru and was told just a minute. No one came back to take the order. After giving up and driving off at 5:10 I seen there was still only 1 other car in there. Horrible experience and waste of time.

I was asked to wait at the drive though 11 min no one at the window or in a stall and asked for a large blast they only sell small and med and prices are double its not that good 6$ for a med blast?

Worst!! Never going there again. Ben there 4 time got acknowledged once out if the 4 . It doesn't matter if you go through the drive through or park at a stall no one acknowledges that your even there . It should be a 0 star. I really think you should get rid of every employees you have working there . You are paying people to work but they don't do anything. They send people away .how are you making any money ? You could be making a lot more if you hired the right people. They don't even get your doordash order ready they tell the drivers they didn't get the order and to cancel the order really ? Ether close the store or start over .

Not impressed with this place. Onion rings were cold, flavorless and soggy. Tater tots were cold and very bland. Chicken tenders are dry as well.. ocean water is good though.

My parents and I stopped by Sonic for a quick bite on our way to visit my uncle at the VA hospital in Dayton, OH.I pulled into a parking space, placed our order at the box and used the order board to pay. It took about 7 minutes for our food to arrive. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and a Dr Pepper. My sandwich was fresh, hot and crispy. The sandwich exceeded my expectation. I would order it again!I would stop by this Sonic again if traveling through. Although it was a little further from the interstate than I like to travel. But there were no fast food places just off the highway.
Updated my review since this place has gone down hill. Shame because I like Sonic’s food. Drive thru always has the most miserable person taking orders. Very slow to get your food, which I usually have to send back because they cant read the order slip properly.

I really dislike when you get food at a restaurant and it looks nothing like the picture shown on the menu. I ordered a simple burger at this sonic location that, based on the picture, shud have come with the beef patty, a full piece of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, mayo and ketchup, all on a golden toasted bun. When i got the burger it had very little lettuce, no tomatoes, no ketchup, hardly any mayo and the bun was not toasted and was flat, not plump like the picture shows. My friend got the chicken sandwich and it was not good either. Wud not eat at this sonic again.

This place doesn't care about their employees along with how they treat customers. Their are always teenage kids running the store because no adult wants to work. it's ashamed that management doesn't care about their co-workers along with the DM's.
