Very poor service at this location. I've experienced canceled app orders due to being short staffed or not having the ingredients. This location is the ultimate worst in the area! EDIT, as of August 19, literally had a barista attempt to toss iced coffee in my shaken espresso thinking I wouldn't notice (watched her do it) too lazy to brew the shots. Ridiculous.

This Starbucks has the best employees ever. They are beyond kind, helpful and positive. One barista has taught me how to use Apple Pay. Another remembers my order and writes kind things on my cups. I have so many stories like that. They’re amazing.

Stood waiting on a strawberry lemonade refresher for 30 minutes. They stand around talking to each other about other employees. When I asked for my order the employee got mad, and was slamming everything while making my drink. Worse service ever!!!!

Slow workers and very dull drinksEdit: years later and im changing my 1 star to 5 because they have an amazing worker named Madison ❤️ she is incredible. Spot on with drinks and a very efficient worker. She needs a raise I know she can't make as much as she deserves!

It’s sad this could be a really nice Starbucks but just like anywhere else in the world they are always short handed on help. Today the poor girl was swamped with online orders and a line of people waiting,her scanner was broken, I tried to purchase a marshmallow square and when I finally could- I opened it and little specks all over it and of course the line was still long so I trashed it. My visits there are getting less and less. Two days ago I stopped in and they said sorry we are out of expression!
