Did my first online order today here. App was easy to navigate & order from. Sandwiches were ready when said. But after I took my sandwiches home & opened it 1st thing I noticed was that the tuna had soaked a hole through the paper they use, not the wrapper paper but the sandwich paper. So I could be eating the paper. 2nd thing I noticed was the bread was almost rock hard. I could not eat my sandwiches even if it didn't hv paper in it. So no sandwich for me today. My cookie was delicious though.
Also wanted to say that I absolutely LOVE the Christmas Tree decoration that's inside this store's location!
Vegetarian options: Tons of veggie options.
Parking: There are other businesses there besides Subway so sometimes u can't park as close to the door as you'd want but it's fine!
Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs
Wheelchair accessibility: Well a wheelchair could fit through the door if someone held the door open. No ramp. No push button. No stairs.

It felt like walking into someone's house and asking for a sandwich. PJs and no knowledge of the menu. My sandwich was almost inedible due to weird stuff the employee put on it whilst confusing it for a different sandwich ?

A grandma behind me had handed the girl making sandwiches her cell phone. The cell was then placed next to my sandwiches being made on the prep board. As she was handling the food and the cell phone with her plastic gloves. I brought to her attention that this was not sanitary and should not be happening. I then attempted to help her understand what she had done wrong and that I wasn't trying to be mean but that this was not acceptable. I could see the girl was visibly shakin and she then tried to justify her actions by saying the gloves touch the sauce containers which didn't make any sense. The grandma only then agreed that it was wrong and took back the phone. Grandma then started touching me on the arm and was all up in my space trying to apologize. I asked her to please stop touching me and to back away. I then asked the girl if she was offended by me saying something and she said yes as her tears started to fall. I said ok then I don't want any of it and I walked out. As a customer I did nothing wrong here and I do not appreciate the ignorance and responses I received by your employees when I called them out on there mistakes. You did not earn my business and i will not be coming back. Note: I then proceeded to the other Subway in town and my sandwiches were made perfectly, on a clean surface with clean gloves and without grandma touches and tears. SMH
