My family and I ate here on Saturday 4/5 and this was the best Taco Bell I’ve had for a long time. Great shell on the chalupa, amazing portions, got the entire order correct without having to go back or ask for anything, and they were prompt. They were awesome!!

This location is horrible, the associates that work there do not care about anything and they rotate in and out on what seems like a revolving door. Food is what you expect, but the way it is made, handled, and presented, is what really give it the 2 stars. I know what I'm getting with Taco Bell but when you get wrong orders or made in correctly, or even when you get hard she'll tacos andyou open them up to broken salads then you don't want to continue to dine here, oh and add the 2 hour door dash order I had recently

Food was GROSS! They were very rude, didn’t listen to anything, kept coughing in their hands and then handling everything! They kept asking is that all is that all over and over and repeating back the order and it was all wrong. What we ordered we didn’t get it was all messed up. This place has went downhill bad! I would NOT recommend eating here! Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten from hands down.

This taco bell ran out of baja blast.... instead of informing me of this, so that i could choose a drink i perfer they simply just poured me a diet baja blast to let me discover this later when i started eating. When i asked for a spork for my fiesta potatoes, they informed me that they ran out. Oh, they also didn't have napkins.... maybe this location could use new management that can handle ordering basic restaurant supplies, then perhaps they could focus on the correct portions for the food.... getting a half filled 5 layer burrito BS.

I'm not going to bother complaining about the food that I spent $50.29 for. I walked in to place my order while a meeting between the associates and management was happening in the dining room. I assume one was shift manager and the other was store manager. There were around 6-7 associates in this meeting, all who appeared to be under the age of 18. I could be wrong about that. They all sat there with their heads hanging down while the manager yelled at them. One girl said she had enough and left. The manager spoke to them as if they were lower than dirt. She told them how they were the worst bunch of employees she had ever seen. She told them they were terrible, rude, didn't know how to do their jobs. She called out some of the individuals as she yelled- "why don't you respect me?". When they didn't know what to say, she pounced even harder. Degrading them even more. Keep in mind that these were all young kids. Probably their first job. The manager was extremely unprofessional, holding a meeting like that in the dining area, where customers are hearing and seeing the abuse of power towards these young people who obviously thought they had to take it. I could barely concentrate on ordering. Customers should be able to order food without hearing that mess and employees should not have to be humiliated and talked down to in front of customers or anytime. Now, I've heard complaints about the service at this location. But it literally is a revolving door of new associates (kids) constantly trying to learn under terrible management and rushed, rude, and impatient training. Would you want to work there, being belittled every step of the way? The fault is not with the young associates, clearly, it's the management and very bad training. I will not spend one more dime there. Ever!

First of all, the cantina quesdilla I ordered that costed the same as the box meal I order that came with a large drink...was crap. It hardly had anything in it. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Second, this town has the worst taco bell I've ever been to. My guac is full of lettuce like the place was messy and it was just getting into things. My salsa verde packet had guac on it like whoever handled it had it on their gloves OR HANDS. Like..I don't understand why this place struggles with getting out neat, clean, and properly portioned food. Then on top of it all no napkins...

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Their food is so poorly made and service is horrible!!!! Will never return to this location!!! Owner needs to fire entire staff and train their employees better. I will be sure to let everyone I know to never eat there.

Hold on it’s a BUMPY ride. Order $30.00 worth of food. Waited 15 minutes for said food. Soda machines were shooting out straight syrup.. employee made excuses and had to fill my cup twice in the back before the coke tasted similar to coke. The food was NOT FULLY COOKED! The bag was MISSING FOOD ITMES. We took it back and requested a refund where we were told because we ordered it in the app they couldn’t refund the order. Then they proceeded to get an attitude about being asked to close the order out on the app so we can request said refund in the app. Now we are asking OUR BANK FOR A REFUND. Your restaurant in Washington CH is FILTHY.. the employees have awful attitudes and do not even know how to use your system to refund purchases. Also the manager was in his car the entire time possibly getting high to handle their roll at that hell hole you call a restaurant. HIRE A NEW REGIONAL MANAGER … the one covering this store is FAILING!!
