I am going this place for my bagel and coffee almost more than 5years today some new manager try to charge me some different price than I pay every visit. I ask her and she said today price increases by 0.5cent and because I just told her about the price She refund my money and say leave the store.

They had people wrapped around the building no one in there helping them for getting orders it took me 25 minutes to get my food people were walking out coming back in asking for the refunds from the drive-thru window same thing every time

The manager is a horrible rude person. The food there’s is never cooked correctly and sits in a warmer for hours if you don’t come super early in the morning , the “coffee is cold” because they are not aloud to keep them on the burner . The supervisor along with the general manager are both rude and don’t know how to treat people. They never fixed anything that was broken just blamed everyone around them and in my opinion I wouldn’t eat there nor would I even visit the store . The general manger is a shorter lady you will see her she runs around the building like it’s gonna fall apart . Honestly just good luck with the whole tim Hortons in Washington court house you will also hear the supervisor say that she don’t need any of her worker cause they aren’t nothing and can’t do nothing right and she can do it all by herself.

Horrible manager!!! Screams at employees high turnover in employees. Employees walk out due to manager acting out. Personally witnessed her yelling and degrading employee taking a break after they had worked without one all day. Will never go back. He was the best and friendliest guy there. We all loved him.

I tried to door dash, but sense u guys don't except special requests I couldn't order. Plus if u guys are goin to be on door dash, as a customer point of view, u should allow people to customize their order and make it where u can order the Timbits in a bigger size. Just a customer opinion, u might get more business if u would allow certain thing on ur apps, door dash and online orders. JSin. Another note this isn't the first time I have had issues, alittle over 2 month ago I had a problem with my Peppermint hot chocolate and 2 weeks ago had an issue with thing being out. But these are just 2 of the issues that I or my family have had in over the past yr.
Please why can't you have hot coffee it never hot it medium if lucky, most of the time out of donuts. Please figure out the coffee why it's just and I me just warm and why can't you have donuts most of the time your out of Boston cream.
