Food was good, well prepared. Taste as a fast food place would. However the customer service at this location was horrible. The car in front of me had to ask for someone to change the sign to breakfast and was really rude about it, was rude with me oth at the speaker and when I pulled to the window, had no greeting, no sense in actually caring that they are there to provide service to people

Okay I ain't one to complain, but i am very disappointed in washington court house's over all service this past week, take today for instance get to Wendy's at 7:20AM waited 10mins for the car in frontt of me to even be Acknowledged then they took her order, expecting her to even know what they have for breakfast while the sign hadn't even been turned and they still had the lunch and dinner menu up, I get to the speaker and I am informed "sorry I can't take any orders right now due to our computers are down and they are goin through them but I can take ur order in a little bit if u can give me time to have them fixed. I did smart off well if I wait then I am goin to be late to work huh and I left. Now all this after my visit Monday evening the 30th of december and it took forever to even get my order taken, when I got to the window they were what seemed to be to busy talking and whatever else to care to take care of there customers, then there was Saturday the 28th at 7:15AM my niece and I was coming in to have a meal together and the door was locked still and I had to call the actual store twice to get them to even unlock and open the door, not including the signs where yet to be turned this day as well and the counter and most of the tables where filthy, Now like I said this all in just one week. I mean there has been other days that I had been in and there been issues, like the playing around and not getting orders out right, believe me I have had my order messed up of several occasions, hints the reason for a while I quit coming into Wendy's because don't get me wrong I don't expect perfect service but I expect atleast decent service and when I can't get that I don't go to that restaurant, store or whatever facility. Sorry but to much playing, talking, phone time and not enough customer service and correct food is not a good place to start a business. Sorry not sorry. Yes I have been in food service and I do know how it should be ran and that is not it. Don't get me wrong there has been times that I have been in and the place was in great shape and the employees were amazing but lately it's been crazy and the lack of respect for customers and cleanliness is getting out of control.

I used to love Wendy’s chili. The last two times I got it. It was horrible. I couldn’t even eat it. So hot with spices. I hope they go back to the original recipe.

Super slow service after ordering. They just ignored people waiting inside for refills ( the customers pop machines is down) plus trip hazards all over the place you have to walk

Everytime I order from there somethings always missing or incorrect especially with night crew like they dont take into consideration aside from when there actually busy. My toddler could prep a better meal than them its that bad!!! It could be like 3 items, plus Im lucky if I even get any sauce. Your better off going to McDonald's or Burger King. Foods good IF they get it right and its cooked otherwise do not recommend I repeat
So dirty! It was remodeled not too long ago. There is no reason for this filth. Will never eat there again. On a good note the girl who waited on us was super nice.

The store was packed and we placed a mobile order. The employee filling the mobile and instore orders was pretty unprofessional.
He walked away from the counter to take a photo of something outside in the middle of filling my order (and missed an item due to this)
More importantly, the reason in even saying anything, is because he gave an elderly man a bit of hassle when he very kindly asked for a small lid due to all the lids being bunched up in the corner and he couldnt get to them.
Its fast food. I'm not expecting the moon.
