Well-organized and easy to use website made ordering a breeze. Food was excellent. Very tasty and filling. Great takeout choice for Mother's Day. We ate at home. Had $50 gift card.

Ubereats order was lost somehow after waiting an hour on a Sunday night, then found again later when I called…the manager made it right. I appreciated the effort he made to remake the food and send it with Ubereats. Food was hot—missing bread—but still good. Husband’s chicken was overcooked, but my steak was fantastic. Thank you to the manager.

Our server Chad and Manager Thomas were amazing. They were friendly, funny, and attentive.

A mixed experience. The food had moments of authenticity (decent pasta portions and traditional flavors) but lacked consistency—overcooked noodles and underseasoned sauces. Service started warm but grew inattentive (slow orders, delayed refills). Parking was also a hassle.

Service was great, but bread and olive oil were not provided in to-go order as usual and didn’t recognize until got home. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Food is expensive for lunch. Like to see a lunch menu...

We had our very first visit to Carrabba’s and were absolutely blown away by the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was our server, Chad.

Chad went above and beyond in every aspect of hospitality. His timing was impeccable. Checking in right when we needed something without ever hovering. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel like VIPs the entire evening. Every question we had was answered with genuine enthusiasm and knowledge of the menu, and his recommendations were spot-on.

And the food? Incredible. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You can tell there’s passion in the kitchen, and it was honestly one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time.

We can’t thank Chad enough for making our first visit such a memorable one. He’s a true asset to the team, and we hope Carrabba’s recognizes the level of service he brings—he 100% deserves a promotion!

We’ll definitely be back and asking for Chad!
