Went for the first time for an event that ended up with 150+ attendees. They managed the crowd superbly - staff was incredible. I broke off from the group to grab some food at the bar. Everything was delicious… but wow the cheese dip with the pretzels was out of this world!

Food and service is always top notch.

Waited at the bar for service, enjoyed the band. Bartenders ignored us and everyone else at the bar. When I asked about service I was yelled at by one of the owners. I guess customer service is not a priority to Andrea.

Our family has a birthday party today. we had 30 people attend and I must say the service was wonderful! Kim and Grace did a magnificent job dealing with our bunch. Then there was the food, it tasted great and very flavorful. Thank you so much for all you did for our family to make the day special!

This location is prime, with a massive bar, many tap options, TVs to watch the game, and a large outdoor patio. This was a Dayton restaurant staple and one of my favorite places to eat. However, the sequel is never as good as the original, and the service lacks. It was disheartening to write this review. We ordered beer cheese with pretzel bites as an app to share for dinner for a party of six. This dip used to be so fresh and delicious, but it tasted more like mushy glue with no flavor. The KBB salmon I requested was medium rare; it had a more rigid texture, served barely lukewarm, and tasted awful, like a textured old shoe. The manager offered to remake it, but I didn't want a second if this was the first offering; it left a bad taste in my mouth, which is an understatement, and I had to return. The cheesy potato casserole had no cheese and was cold as if it had been sitting. The salad was decent with the blue cheese dressing, but your basic iceberg lettuce. My brother ordered the shrimp Po boy, which he said was rubbery, and another person ordered the tortilla soup, which seemed to have been over-microwaved. The last two guests ordered the pulled pork and were pleased. One request for the planet: please stop the one-time use of plastic straws. Unfortunately, the quality of Chappy's food has gone downhill, and based on this dinner experience, I would not return; it was highly disappointing.

Went there for wings and watch first half of a ball game. Surprised it was a small crowd for a Saturday afternoon. Lots of TVs that was good. Wings were just ok, they could step them up some !

The service was great, they even opened up the patio for us despite no one having sat there yet that day. The food was really great, I got the salmon and bf got the ribs, lemme tell ya, we ate EVERYTHING! They have great cocktails and happy hour specials as well!

Great dinner with family. I enjoyed the huge grilled chicken salad (Weight Watcher friendly!!) which was delicious. My spouse had the fried fish dinner, which included a big side salad. His brother had a full rack of ribs, which he said were perfect. They looked so delicious and tender.

So much salt in the foods. 4 of us had this problem. Food came out cold.

Also my food was grilled too long making it dried out. Also had poece of salmon which was not 5 0z. The portion size served was less just by looking at it

I ordered 2 pieces of meats, I got 1. We were charged for 2

Others had foods with seasonings way too strong so food tasted bad

Never going back

I usually give a place a 2nd chance.

Not this time

Bathroom smelled like I was at the zoo onside the elephant exhibit. One little boy who came in made a funny but true comment about how bad the smell was.
