$4.50 for the soup is WAY Too high for the small portion; its not really a cup.
Most restaurants charge the same price but you receive the right amount.

I love the subs here. They recently switched from making them in front of me to having me order from the cashier. I prefer the old way. I could look at the options and get the exact amount of toppings I wanted so the result was the perfect sub.
I was in the other day and got my usual. It was delicious but it didn't have the ingredient balance I used to get at Dibella's so...not the perfect sub.
I know this makes it easier for them with all of the online orders coming in now. I also know that if I were willing to go back and forth with them I'd eventually get the sub I used to get here. I don't have time for that and neither do they, I'm sure.
I can honestly say that I will be less likely to get lunch here now for this reason. It's still a good place to get a sub but I liked the old way. Just my two cents worth.

I’ve been eating here for several years and have noticed that this restaurant is managed extremely well. The staff are courteous and helpful and the dining area is always neat and clean. The food is consistently good and ready quickly. Bathrooms are always sparkling clean.

First off the app wouldn’t let me complete my order. So I called into the store to place the order over the phone. I tried to order a meal, and I gave him the info for my sub, but then he just continued on, and didnt ask what sides I wanted. He said he just assumed I wanted chips and a drink. when I asked if I could get a 20oz bottle of Pepsi with my meal instead of a fountain drink, he said I couldn’t, I had to get a fountain drink. I’ve never been told this at any DiBella’s I’ve been to. It was a really unsatisfying experience and I ended up cancelling the order because this guy was ridiculous. Poor customer service, and he didn’t even get the location correct when he answered the phone, he said, thanks for calling DiBella’s in beavercreek. Even though I called the Centerville store. The guys name was Brent or Brett or something like that
This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service at this location. This is just the last straw

What happened at this DiBella's, which was one of my favorite sandwich locations in this area? It seems management has changed the whole experience, and not for the better. Before, you could talk directly to the one preparing your sandwich on the way through the line so you could make sure you were getting what you want. Now you can only talk to the cashier, which leads to more mistakes in your order. They also seem more understaffed. The last two times I was there, I wound up walking out, the first because there was a long line, there was only one cook and the air conditioning was broken. The second time, there was only one cook and the air conditioning was broken again. Please, fix this place the way it was. I want to come back.

Bring back the glass bottles for catering orders. the plastic tubs are always broken on delivery, ruining everything in the bag, and a huge mess to clean up afterwards.
No air conditioning... cashier couldn't give correct change.

Poor customer service it was our first time there 8:16/25@ 8:10 pm. Girl at front desk was rude, i advised I was having trouble finding/accessing app. She offered no advice. she handed us our two 11” subs across counter with no bag, just the open wrapping. We had to request bag. I have not even tried food yet but I won’t go back

I ordered on-line for take-out. the process was easy and my order was ready when I arrived. My order was complete and just the way I wanted it. They did a very good job.
