This is reported as closing at 10pm. Got here at 9pm on a Friday night along with 3 other cars and speaker says they were closed. This is horrible service. I give it less than a 1 star. I will not be coming back to this location ?

This place is absolutely horrible! Every time we go through the drive thru our food is wrong!!! Plus they close whenever they want! We be been there at 6:30, 7:00, 7:45 and they always come on the speaker and say they are closed, but yet there are plenty of employees inside “playing around and laughing” as well as cars in the drive though! They should just shut this location down or else fire everyone and get new team!!

Very limited Long John's Silver menu. They don't carry any baked fish or crab. They did not include or offer tartar sauce or a receipt. Basically not impressed with the place.

Ljs use to be very good. This was worst food we have ever had there. No wonder most have shut down. Very disappointed. Everything over cooked and portion size very small. Also waited 30 minutes plus.

I will start with good of this venue. The fish was good. When I pulled up i was informed that they were having issues with the grill. First of all they use a deep fryer for fish and chips. They said it would take 10 minutes, I have no issue with waiting for food. I do not want the food waiting for me, which is where it went bad, fast. My complaint is that the fries and hush puppies were soggy and greasy, the fish was hot and crispy. I know what the people who work their did.

My husband ordered fish for me and asked them to fry it crispy because often the fish is soggy. What I received was 2 soggy pieces of fish and one piece that was fried so hard, it was not edible! I will not order from this location again and I would not recommend it to anyone unless you like soggy fish!
