Worst customer service I ever experienced. Food was okay but the person speaking to us was so rude and has very bad attitude. All of the food we ordered has so much of oil in it even though we asked for less oil.
The food came after 45 minutes from when we gave order. They were saying it will take even more longer if we keep on asking which is not at all good.
Price is very high compared to the food we had. I had lot better food for reasonable prices than here.

How does they feel this chutney is enough for this dosa too cheap. I would say serve better because we pay for all of it.
I ordered their Chicken Makhani (Butter Chicken) and it was excellent. The spices and flavor were on point.

If there a minus rating I would give that. The service is so bad and overall when you order drinks you will get as a desert.. The lady (maybe manager) is very rude. I don’t think she even know how to smile. This is the worst service anyone can get. When we asked why so late, they were saying they prioritize carry out rather than dine in… what are we here for then? They can’t even take 2 dine in at same time
The food itself was quite good, especially the biryani—it was flavorful. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the dining experience.
We had to wait over an hour for the biryani, even after repeatedly asking. When it finally arrived, it was served without a spoon. Despite asking multiple times, the spoon never came. The same went for drinks and dessert—we had to keep reminding the staff instead of being served properly.
Rather than fixing the issues, the owner only offered explanations. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by dining in.
Tip:
If you want to try their food, I’d recommend takeout or going when the place is empty.
The food is good, but it’s too costly for the poor service provided.
(Update after Owner's response)
Thanks for the owner's response. To clarify my experience: we ordered biryani and fried rice because we were told thali would take about 30 minutes, but even those items took more than 40 minutes. The kids’ dosa was served way after the fried rice, and dessert only arrived after asking multiple times and once I was ready to pay at the counter. We didn't get to eat it and so I asked for it to be removed which seemed like a reasonable request.
I understand delays can happen, but what made it frustrating was having to repeatedly ask for basics like spoons and drinks. The food was very good, as I mentioned earlier, but overall the service did not match the quality of the food. This was simply my honest experience.

Food taste was good.
Quantity and service is subpar.
Food and sides were of kid-sized portions and cost extra for more quantity.
Charges were added for water too.
Took more than 35mins to receive food and attendant showed don’t care attitude.

We had such a wonderful experience here! The food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend trying the beetroot halwa and the chilli chicken — both were delicious! The Indo-Chinese menu is definitely the highlight. Since there were a lot of orders for Indo-Chinese, we were asked to wait, but it was completely worth it. The noodles and everything else we tried were full of flavor and perfectly cooked.
The service was just as impressive — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars from us. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

I ordered parotta which was really dry and to break it we were searching for hand tools other than that the egg kottu parotta was literally crying to get some gravy if we ask some gravy they will give it in ounce where u need to pay the same cost u paid for the dry parotta. Overhyped place...

Very bad service. Had to wait for 45 minutes when restaurant was empty.Their south indian food like dosa are really good. But don't try their north indian food. We tried paneer tikka and it wasn't paneer . It was a rubber. We still didn't say anything. I asked them to give me extra chutney as it was too dry to eat and they said they told owner that it was too dry but we need to pay extra 2 dollars for extra chutney. Very money minded. Sambar quantity they give with dosa is very little in a small real small katori. Please don't ruin ur restaurants reputation with all this.
Tried this place after 2 years. The quantity of samba is not more than 2 spoons. It's seriously only 5 spoons in a very small Ka tori. Disa aaloo filling is tasteless
Looks like you responding to someone else because I dint even asked samba 2nd time, third time etc neither did I came with any friend. About paneer yes we complained and u guys ignored. I don't think u guys memory is cpu that u immediately respond like u know me personally. I would let people to go see how much samba u guys give. Go learn from neehes in Columbus what is food. More than my eyes u guys need to check you attitude and mindset who can't take any negative food critic as u guys r international chef who can't be wrong and that can be seen in your every response to other customers. Positive comment is ok but if negative u starting biting. We paid in full so we have the right to leave our review. It's none of my business u like it or not
