This place is finally under good new management, and the karaoke machine is amazing for the young ones

Took my kid there for his birthday lunch, gross, they said he can only get 1 topping, out of half the sodas, not very friendly

Here lately the service has gone completely down hill! Try and come to lunch thinking the store will be open like the hours on the door says!! HaHaHa Sunday-Thursday 10:30am - 10pm and you will be disappointed. If the hours have changed so should your operating hours on your door because if my cosmetology business says I’m open from 9 AM to 10 PM state board will send people out to make sure that I am open for the hours listed on my door. Maybe someone should come out and start checking these hours or management step in or a GM step in.

Parking: Parking can become a little difficult during busy hours typically all parking spots will fill up. It is a very big parking lot, but only amount of spots located in front and on the side of Rapid Fire .

We were on a road trip through the the town and stop for the first time at rapid fire pizza. We ordered a nine inch for a three year old and he ate the whole thing. No waiting food was excellent and would definitely go again.

This is a fun place to visit every one in a while. The employees provide fast and friendly service. My pizza was crispy and delicious. I recommend the spicy red sauce and the crumbled sausage. People of all ages will enjoy!

We love this store and we eat here alot, that being said, tonight's experience needed to be addressed. We placed an order online. We got to the store to pick it up and there was one employee in sight cleaning. After waiting for 10 minutes, I ask if someone could help me. He came and got my pizzas out of the warmer and poured my sauces without changing his gloves. After I got out to the car I discovered one of the pizzas were completely wrong. Went back in and ask to speak to a manager. I was told he was in the restroom. After waiting another 10 minutes I finally ask the employee if he could remake my pizza. As he was doing that I expressed my concerns with my pickup. He response was a smirk. I never did see the manager, but the disrespect for customers and the dirty gloves needs addressed!

The guy that made my pizza was a doll! He was slathering that mac all OVER that dough, baby! It was messy, but dang was it tasty. Not a bad deal either. It was pretty toasty inside though, got our food to go.
