This coffee shop has big ‘I didn’t mean to stay this long but now I live here’ energy. The barista knew my order before I did, which is both impressive and mildly concerning. The coffee was so good it made me reconsider all my life choices up to this point. Would caffeinate, loiter, and people-watch again.

Amazing coffee, amazing bagels, and the sweetest, funniest, and most intractable staff I have ever met, these girls will make your day by just a simple hello so do not be shy to talk to them at all. I have to share a five star experience with five star workers . These ladies were not only sweet spirits they also were very kind upon my visit.. ☺️ I won't forget the kindness! I live in Michigan but whenever I pass through again I'll be sure to visit ☺️
The facilities are well managed too. Very clean restrooms! Was really nice to see how much people put their time into keeping this biggby very neat!

I love this bigby but I don’t understand why Monday through Friday there online ordering is unavailable/ turned off but on the weekends I have no problem placing an order I’m a stay at home mom and sometimes coming in and ordering is such a difficult task!!!

The 2 baristas made 3 uc3d butter bear lattes to perfection. 1 of them was made for a 60 year old friend who never had an iced coffee let alone an iced latte. She was shocked. Not just because it's a sweet treat, but because they were made to perfection! Way to go staff!

I use to love BIGGBY but more recently all the milk substitutes have a horrible chemical aftertaste. $7 for a drink and I couldn’t even finish half of it

Just went in today to get an iced chai latte. It was incredibly disgusting and so sweet I couldn’t even drink it. Went in to ask about it, and there wasn’t anything they can do, but I could buy another one if I wanted one with less flavoring. I’m not paying $10 altogether to replace one drink that tasted awful.
