the Krogers in Waterville has the absolute WORST customer service.. I was there this evening, April 29, around 9:30 p.m. I had three items, which I refuse to do the cashier's job by checking out my own items. there was a cashier standing there, and I asked her if she would check these items out for me. she told me "No, because she would have to weigh the banana." Really ! so I have to do it myself & weigh the banana. I left the banana and the other two items up on a shelf by the check out. she just gave me a dirty look and would not even help. those people there in the evening need to be trained to Do their job !!! I don't know where they're manager is. I think if a manager would have seen this, well, maybe they just don't care... this is probably the third time this has happened to me. I think I just won't bother ever going in there again. Swanton at least takes care of their customers

KROGER DO YOU HAVE ANY MANAGERS THAT WORK AT YOUR WATERVILLE LOCATION ? IF YOU DO THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY BLIND ! ATORE IS A MESS, ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK AND THE DELI IS NEVER OPEN 95% OF THE TIME ! WATERVILLE WOULD BE GREAT PLACE TO OPEN A QUALITY KROGER WITH A DELI THAT IS OPEN !!

The self checkout lady, Marge is so rude. Completely uncalled for. Over shares personal information. I dont care that her son and daughter in law are draining her financially. She's extremely judgemental and cocky. No, I would not recommend my family or friends to be treated so poorly. Kroger Waterville store won't do anything about this either.

we went to the Starbucks and had Jess, she was extremely rude and only worried about a friend who was there and visiting. she got 2 orders wrong and acted like we were d**** didnt offer to fix it or anything... yet charged me for what we ASKED for but made the wrong things
