Customer service is terrible they refused to make my son’s pizza over after it sat done for 25 minutes. Austin has been messing things up there and someone needs to hold him accountable for his poor customer service.
so its 1133 pm on 7/28/2019. I walk into Marco's in waterville and order a pizza. the girl behind counter tell me how much and I hand her a 20.00 dollar bill. she told me my change and throws my my Bill's on counter as I held my hand out to receive my change. then she goes back to drawer and gets the 74 cent out and sits it on counter as I held my hand out. man what did I do besides order a pizza at 1133? very unhappy with this place.
