What garbage not even the locations its your lame website place an order get told order is rejected for whatever reason but still took my money from my account and now I have to wait to get my money back for food I didnt get to order because your website sucks good job guess ill go back to pizza hut or any other place thats not Marcos because your garbage website

2 out of my last three delivery orders had problems. This will be my last order from Marcos. They delivered my order $40+ to a condo instead of my house. No condos anywhere I live. The manager didn't seem to care. I drove & picked up another order made, big deal $10 off - 90 minutes later. Everything was greasy and pizza soggy. Now the kicker. I am receiving harassing text messages and photos from the person where they misdelivered my order. They have my name, address and phone number. Yes, I have blocked them. Called the Manager to share and he could give a rats. Be warned. They deliver to the wrong address and you may begin receiving harassing texts. Unacceptable.

Whenever I order from the place, I feel like the pizza is drowning in cheese. As well as when I come in, the atmosphere feels tense. It's like the employees aren't able to feel at home and seem very rigid. Makes you wonder what's going on with their supervisors. And it feels like everything isn't well cared for.

Customer service is terrible they refused to make my son’s pizza over after it sat done for 25 minutes. Austin has been messing things up there and someone needs to hold him accountable for his poor customer service.

Yummm!!! First off, Aiden was so polite and patient taking my daughter and I order over the phone. He said 30-45mins. Food was delivered almost exactly 30 mins! Piping hot! Absolutely delicious! Haven't ordered in a few years from that location but absolutely will from now on. Great job staff!

Marco's does pizza well most every time.If one thing could. Be improved it would. Be crust is usually a bit soft. I don't want hard crust either so it's not a big issue

I am curious if there was a new cook or something yesterday (7/24) when I purchased a large pizza. It did not look or taste anything like a Marco's pizza. The crust seemed very off and not appealing. The cheese didn't seem to be melted and the meat added on top barely looked cooked. I am a little disappointed as I love the Marco's in Waterville.
