I wish I had $1 for every minute I waited for food today. I would have enough to open my own McDonald’s and put this one out of business. Horrible expierience.

The manager is a lazy piece of work and will argue with you left and right and six ways to Sunday about not being able to make the most simple modifications to an order. The food is what you expect from a McDonald but the manager needs to get it together or get out.

Granted it was a very long line by the time I got the 20 piece I ordered it looks like they throw 20 old nuggets in there oil to make them hot but the taste burnt
I would give it zero stars if I was able. Went to the drive-through ordered. They never said anything again after that for a few minutes and then said oh we don’t have that. I asked a couple questions. Never got an answer after five minutes and getting the horn blown at me. I drove off and went over to Taco Bell.

I can always get hot fries at my local McDonald’s. I might have to wait sometimes because it’s the only fast food restaurant (aside from the one across the street now) in the area. I can imagine how busy they must get. Always friendly and always polite.

First car in drive thru...Friday evening during lent...told to move to waiting area no explanation why... Again no customers in line ahead of us...customers behind us got orders first...after over 5 min finally got food...oh it's Friday, our lobby flooded Blah blah ..it's Lent but too much trouble to keep fish dropping? Fries were cold and soggy...Big Mac had so much sauce it desinigrated...staff had no clue which car gets which order...this has happened twice .. 😢
