Best Pizza in Waterville hands down!!! Love the owners and the small town feel. Only negative is too many teen workers when you walk in you feel bombarded with teen energy. But will still order on a monthly basis!

WE HAVE BEEN ORDERING A PIZZA FROM PISANELLOS WATERVILLE OHIO WEEKLY FOR AT LEAST THE LAST 7 MONTHS. WE LIKE OUR PIZZA BROWNED ON TOP. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ACCOMODATING IN MY REQUEST. EXCELLENT PIZZA IN OUR AREA.
LAST SUNDAY I PLACED OUR USUAL ORDER...BROWNED ON TOP. UPON PICK UP I WAS TOLD BY THE LADY THAT ALWAYS BAKES THE PIZZA THAT SHE WILL NO LONGER HONOR MY REQUEST TO BROWN THE PIZZA AS REQUESTED...AS IT MESSES UP HER ASSEMBLY LINE BY HAVING TO PUT THE PIZZA BACK IN TO BROWN IT.
I LOOKED A THE PHOTOS OF PIZZAS ON THEIR WEBSITE...GUESS WHAT...IT SHOWS BROWNED PIZZAS.
SO MY QUESTION IS..IF YOU WENT TO PURCHASE A STEAK AT A STEAK HOUSE AND THE MANAGER TOLD YOU THAT THEY WILL NOT COOK THE STEAK TO ORDER...WHAT WOULD YOU DO ?????
TIME TO FIND A PIZZA STORE THAT WILL ACCOMODATE MY REQUEST..........

They are always so nice and my food is done quickly!

We were passing through from Wisconsin. Even though it is a carryout pizza place, the very friendly owner set us up with a table, plates, napkins and even bottled water. The pizza had REAL mozzarella cheese..hot and stringy. The sauce was great and the crust crispy. Wish there were one in Wisconsin.

If I could give 0 star then I would. Credit card machine was down and was not told that. I was a dollar short on cash and they wouldn't take it. Then after waiting 35 minutes I find out my pizzas still hadn't been put in the oven. Never again what a joke.

This place can't be beat for food and service! We live about 20 minutes away and it's worth the drive. We have tried something different every time, and the Mediterranean pizza and tomato bread are awesome! They even found some extra coupons for us in addition to the one we already had. Wonderful people, great food!!

I walked in and it was insanely hot in there, saw a lot of kids working and they looked extremely tired and I felt bad so I tipped them good. However the place was so dirty and disgusting I almost lost my appetite. I took my pizza home and it was okay, not the greatest. My only concern is the cleanliness of the place, and the quality of the food they are serving. Looks like a giant mess of health code violations that I don’t even want to know.

I used to work here and trust me, you do NOT want to eat this food. We were told on multiple occasions to serve food that was expired or gone bad, cut off moldy spots on cheese and serve it, and serve bad lettuce and spinach as well. We were forced to work in an environment with no AC in the summer, because Marty will not pay to get it fixed. Most days over 85 degrees, it’s at LEAST 115 in the shop due to the hot ovens with broken ventilation systems. People throw up all the time because of the heat, a couple have nearly passed out, and most of the people who work in the kitchen are minors, including myself at the time. Tips are tampered with by managers daughter, and we have brought up this concern multiple times and just gotten yelled at for questioning it, and Marty and Louise constantly are putting their hands on younger employees wether it be to simply move them aside, or because they are angry with them. They also scream and throw temper-tantrums, throwing and breaking things if we get too many orders or something gets messed up. In no way is this appropriate or acceptable. Do NOT support this business please. For your own sake, and the employees.

Great pizza! I was pleasantly surprised. And finally a pizza place that offers good salads.most pizza places have basic salads with Roman lettuce base. My greek salad was packed with a bed of greens and great toppings

We will definitely be ordering again!! The Slice app was super easy to use and the food got to us earlier than expected. Delicious and you can tell they really care about their food and customers.
