For some reason the drinks taste much less flavorful at this location, and their espresso drinks are always much lighter in color than other places. I am always kind and patient because it isn’t the staffs fault they are short handed, but the drinks do not compare in quality with other locations, whether it’s staff training or product availability, I would rather take the extra 10 minutes to drive to Maumee where it’s not hit or miss.
Mary the barista is so sweet! She's usually there by herself since they're usually short staffed but she's always so nice and kind to me. She needs a raise and some help for sure!
I’ve been a barista for the last 10 years so I’m a bit picky about my coffee/how it’s made. With that being said, we stumbled upon this store while on our way to the zoo (1 hour away) and ever since I’ve been in love! This is the ONLY location that gets it right every single time! I specifically make zoo trips now just so I can get a good coffee. And just when I thought I couldn’t love them anymore today they made both my kids day when they offered to make them sample...
