I'm not the best person to rate them, as I'm lactose intolerant, but they do have food I can eat, drinks (including really good slushes), and usually a couple of options for me in soft serve. The lobby is the typical roadside ice cream shop dining room, with plenty of natural light. It's in a nice neighborhood, in the quaint city of Waterville, Ohio, right on the Maumee River. I love sweet retreat they changed my life I was failing school and I was depressed than I went to sweet retreat and saw Colin Kiscoe and it cured me and gave me good grades thank you sweet retreat this is so yum yum good

The service is amazing. They gave me bowls for the kids' cones without me having to ask, and when I forgot an item from my order, they ran it right out to me. Forever our favorite place.
