No breakfast served anymore, disappointing.

We have been avoiding the Taco Bell in Waterville, Ohio because our previous orders, there is always something missing. My daughter really wanted this for dinner tonight so I said yes. She and my husband ordered through the drive thru, came home and we were missing items, yet again. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the person on the other end said that they were the manager. I proceeded to tell him the issue and he apologized and said I could come back and get the missing items. I said no and asked for a refund, to credit my card back. He said that he couldn’t do that, that I have to come in person. And then he hung up on me. I wouldn’t be leaving a review if this happened for the first time or the second. I chalked up the first few screw ups to their location being new and busy. After that I thought it’s not worth my time. Tonight, I’m done. I don’t want to sound mean, but how difficult is it to work at Taco Bell? I have two receipts that I will take in this weekend for a refund, one from this evening and one from last month (because I forgot about it and haven’t been back). I have only revisited this establishment hoping it will be different and my daughter loves it. We are a family that supports and works at local businesses. To the franchise owner, do better.

Ordered online... selected to pickup at the counter... doors locked when I got there. This is probably the last time I will go to this location. They constantly have problems there whether the food is wrong when I get my order or just plain terrible service.

This location no longer serves Breakfast?? Very weird decision by the owner. No point in going here before lunch time. Don’t waste your time.

Not sure if the staff is just full of jokes or what… went a couple weeks ago and ordered a bean burrito (no red sauce, easy bean, extra cheese, steamed). I get home and I it has no beans…..literally just red sauce and cheese…which I asked for no red. Last night….2 tacos with only meat and cheese….get home….cheese only and only like 20 shreds. Manager was nice and offered to replace but come on….do better!

Today marks the 4th they've messed up my food. I paid using coupons they gave me for the last time they messed up my order. It's a complete joke.

I can’t even begin to describe how many times this place has messed up my order. How do I ask for a cheesy Gordita crunch and a Doritos locos tacos and you give me two regular tacos. I think this place has gotten my order right. Once.
