Food was good. Im not a fan of the self ordering computers they put at the counter in what feels like forcing customers to order themselves with no help. I stood at the counter quite along time before a worker reluctantly took my order.

TO MANAGER CASEY @ the waterville location.
Well great food ofcourse love the menu and variety. This night 5-22-25 my wife and I ordered I picked up checked bag got home unloaded the bag and my wife realized her one item she wanted to try out was missing and her taco that was suppose to be Supreme wasn't. The 5 stars is for the manager CASEY she made it all good and then some for the incomplete order. I see why she's a manager her hospitality and professionalism...

Even though it's a newer store and small, I have had nothing but great customer service. If they forget something on my order or made a mistake they instantly fix it and apologize. The General Manager is very friendly and helpful as are a few of the employees that I have noticed have been there since opening. Hands down a great FAST FOOD restaurant!!!!
