I got the 7.99 meal with chicken sandwich , Diet Coke, one 2 piece mozzarella sticks , one peach cobbler roll and I ordered one 2 piece potato cakes but received one crappy curly fries . It even said the potato cakes on the receipt . Next time I will check the order before leaving.

Wentvto get a deluxe burger meal. It was raw and I mean cold inside raw nasty and disgusting and expensive to have to throw away will never be back. Better watch out someone could get sick from your negligent safe food prep. I threw it up after 3 bites. You should get a lawsuit and close your doors.

I have been looking for a decent Gyro for years now, and none of them stacked up. I thought I would give Arby's Gyros a try. I was NOT disappointed! I got the large size and there was plenty of meat and veggies in it, as well as the cucumber sauce! I will DEFINITELY go back to the Wauseon, OH location, again!!! The Jamoca shakes were amazing, too!!! My Mom and I are both happy!

My husband ordered one of your cheese steak sandwiches and he asked for it to be cut and nothing extra put on it. This is what he got when he opened it up the wrapper. The last photo doesn't look like the one he got.

The management at this Arby's makes this one of the best I have ever visited. The restaurant is kept clean, service is speedy, and my orders are always right. Sara and Christina are awesome at leading this franchise and their team. You can tell their team wants to work along side them and supports their goals. 100% recommend visiting this store!
Place was nice, a little dirty on the seats, my boyfriends food was good but mine didn't look or wasn't appetizing at all! I got the classic beef n cheaper and my meat was a greenish gray and really fatty

We went back two times the first time they only gave her six items the second time we come back they gave us stuff but it wasn't right we live 6.9 mi away we kept on having to go back and forth twice the one thing that makes him a fast food restaurant for them to get their stuff right and it needs to be fast it wasn't don't use the app

Place an online order for over $40. Drove 15 minutes to the store and 15 minutes home. Of course, the one time I do not check the order, the most expensive sandwich we ordered was not in the bag. Called and spoke to a manager. I could barely hear her on the phone. The only solution she offered was to make the sandwich for me the next time I was in town. When i said sure, she just hung up the phone. Not sure we will be going back here any time soon.
