Just want to say this place has gone downhill. Wanted a quick easy meal after a long week and was let down. Entire order of food was still cold. No warmth to the meat at all.

Absolutely horrible. Waited over 15 just to place my order in the drive thru (there was one car in front of me). Then they had me pull over after paying to wait for my chili dogs. Waited about another 15mins and walked in to ask were my food was AND THEY HADN'T EVEN BEGUN MAKING IT! I kind you not it would’ve been a shorter time to go sit at a sit down restaurant! Not kidding I could've made it home to Toledo and ate at home by the time I finally get my food.
Update: 40mins later and I finally have my three chili dogs.
Never coming here again. Save yourself the trouble!

The restraunt is trashed every trash can is overflowing including the bathroom trash cans not one table was clean floors havent been swept or mopped in a long time . I cleaned my table myself so we could eat. They were out of root beer. Which is very humorous considering root beer is the name of the restraunt A&W. I do not recommend eating here unless you like eating in filth. Our food took forever to come out. However the food was good, makes me wonder how dirty the kitchen is. I would have given negative stars if it were available.

This is a combination restaurant, A&W, and KFC. We had KFC. Honestly, the kids that work there are the least personable I have encountered. I ordered all white, was supposed to get 2 breasts and 2 thighs, I received 2 breasts and 2 small wings. 2nd time purchasing food here, but really thinking a locally owned restaurant will be my next option, other than KFC.

Normally I would not post a bad review - just chalk it up to a bad experience & give another chance. Does A&W not serve coney dogs anymore? We were working in the yard all morning & starving! Had to come to Wauseon for some errands & looking fwd to having A&W. We ordered 4 coney dogs eat in. 20 mins after ordering our dogs came. They were out of buns so they put 2 of them on chicken slider buns. The 2 buns they did have were falling apart & stale. It was terrible! Root beer was good - I can buy at the grocery store. Won't be back - this place needs some fixing!

We pulled up to the drive through window at 8:00 and they turned us away despite taking the order of a car in front of us. I understand closing duties but you can just say you stop taking orders and hour early :/

I was so excited when I found out there was an A&W in Wauseon Ohio! I have always loved their dogs and root beer! A co-worker and I went there about 12:30 for lunch and it was immediately evident that they are extremely under staffed. The same nice lady was working both the front counter and the drive through window. While we were in line, we heard her tell several people that they were "out" of various things, one of which was MUSTARD. How does a restaurant whose staple item is hot dogs, run out of mustard? There were minutes on end that the lady would disappear. There was a young man working food prep who seemed clueless, and at one point the nice counter lady told him that he had given the wrong drive through order to the wrong customer (who had obviously not checked her bag and had driven off).This is one of those "split" restaurants, where half is an A&W and the other half is a KFC. I ordered 2 chili dogs and a large diet root beer. My co-worker ordered from the KFC side, and got a 2 piece meal. The receipt said that is was 12:48 when paid for our food. We then proceeded to stand a FULL 20 minutes for our food to be served.While we were waiting, my co-worker went to find us a table. There were only about 6 other people in the restaurant, so there were plenty of open tables, except, not a single one had been wiped, and they were all covered in crumbs and food droppings from people who had eaten before us. My co-worker went and got some napkins and ice from the pop machine to wipe a table for us.When our food was ready I carried the tray to our table. Both of my chilidogs were stuffed into KFC nugget boxes. They probably ran out of A&W hotdog containers. My co-worker said that one piece of his chicken was dry and seemed like it was old. The other piece was passable. I opened the nugget boxes to reveal the chili dogs stuffed in there. They were not what I expected. Visually they were not appealing. They were puny little hot dogs, on small buns, and the sauce was terrible. There were just a few tiny shards of onions. This was no where near the quality you would expect from A&W I half wonder if they had not also run out of hot dogs, buns and chili sauce, and ran to the local grocery store and just bought whatever they could find. It is plausible... they were out of mustard after all.Sadly, while I am still working in Wauseon, I won't be spending my lunch dollars here again. The poor lady who was running both the front counter and the drive through was nice. The root beer was good. That's about all the good I can say, unfortunately.

First off, this is a KFC/A&W location. I just stopped by to use a Christmas donation coupon before it expired, getting a couple of "Famous Bowls". The food was fine, and the service was adequate, but not particularly friendly. The location, however looked pretty bad. The dining room looked like no one cleaned it for hours, the kitchen looked disorganized and sloppy, and the lot outside needed cleaned up. I'm glad the food was okay, because the store's appearance made me feel a little uneasy. I won't be going back until I notice some effort to clean up the premises.
