I specifically went to get A&W root beer -- made fresh in the store they say! And there was none. Out. Of A&W root beer at A&W. I asked and an employee went and lifted a syrup box and said they were out. I guess all sodas are made fresh in the store if they are just doing it that way...
And the onion rings taste like the oil hasn't been changed in weeks. A sour taste to it.
I had to wipe off my chair at one of the few cleaned off tables.

I had such a wonderful experience at this KFC/A&W! The restaurant has a charming, nostalgic vibe — it really feels like stepping back into the late ’90s/early 2000s, and I loved every bit of it. The dining area is clean and welcoming, and you can tell the staff really care about their work.
The cashier who took my order was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. And the food was absolutely delicious — my burger, chili cheese fries, and root beer were all fantastic. I left feeling satisfied and happy.
If you’re looking for a restaurant with a friendly staff, tasty food, and a bit of classic charm, this is definitely the place to go!

I waited 30 min outside for my food. Place was locked. Had to go to drive-in window to get my money back. Will not go there again. I only gave them 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.

They served my 2-year-old milk that had been stored at room temperature. We waited 25 minutes for our food when there was nobody in the store in front of us. The customers that came in after us waited at the register for almost 10 minutes before walking out, having never been greeted or even acknowledged by any of the 5 employees. The store was quite dirty, including overflowing trash and large pools of water on the floor (both were still there when we left an hour later). After my wife nearly fell on the wet floor I offered to mop their floor (they declined). The men's room stank, had urine on the floor, and both the toilet paper & paper towel dispensers were empty. The employees looked miserable - I felt bad for them - this did not look like a pleasant place to work. Will not be coming back.

The seat a very sticky not clean what so ever my shoes got stuck to the floor the food was horrible they got my order wrong I stood there saying excuse me and the lady ignored me and kept flirting with a guy she worked with my food came out green like mood was on it and they still cooked

I'm older now and this place takes me back to a better place for me. The younger people just don't understand. I'm so grateful that you are still open everyday. We ride a trike and this is a stop for us when riding on a beautiful day. We are never in a hurry and we are grateful that you are able to stay open. Thanks so much!

All around awful. Wasn't told there was no lettuce, tomato or onion for burgers. Burgers have no flavor. Then to top it off...no TP in bathroom😡
Always understaffed. Over the last 2 years they can't seem to keep employees. The food is greasy and orders are wrong and incomplete. It used to be a favorite place but not anymore.

Was there at 5 pm today and waited over 30 minutes for a double bacon cheeseburger, and mini corn dogs, baked for a rootbeer float and no ice cream in the store. Went in and the two employees were very rude, cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp and only 4 corn dog bites in container. Absolutely horrible food and service. Employees acted drunk or stoned. Very unexceptable. Will not ever be back. Hope you get better employees and better training definitely worst experience ever.

We had to wait a long time to receive our food. When we did get our food, it was cold! I do not like eating a cold double cheeseburger with bacon and no condiments! The drinks were sloppy and running down the sides of the outside of the cups! And the burgers were burnt. This is a very poorly run restaurant!

The dining room was filthy food was over cooked possibly freezer burnt maybe even old if I don't get food poisoning I'll be surprised I order a&w food took forever to come out someone who ordered KFC after me got almost instant I would honestly not come back here if I could I would give 0 stars
