Azteca Mexican Restaurant

Food is bland. The price on the bill was 16% higher than the menu price. When I asked why they said prices have gone up but new menus are not in. Is this legal? Plus a 3.5% charge for using a card. So, what you pay could be 20% higher than expected.

I just love Azteca! Especially the friendly and caring staff! We enjoy eating there every week and talking with Hugo, Star, and all the others. Food is delicious and is reasonably priced. Keep up the great food and service!

Vegetarian options: My wife is "Whole Food Plant Based " and cannot have dairy, also needs to have very little oil. Azteca will remove the cheese from the vegetarian fajitas and make sure oil content is low. (But you do need to ask your server)

Recommended dishes: Chicken Fajitas, Fajita Azteca, Wet Burrito

Everything was satisfactory. Quick and kind service, really good prices (though I'm comparing to those outside Chicago where I live).

Will probably try another local place next time we are in town, but everyone in my party was satisfied with their adequate portions and tastes.

Due to our work schedule we walked in 2 weeks in a row 15 mins before closing. They were prompt with our order and treated us well. We will definitely be back

Much better than the average Mexican place. Not only the best Mexican place in Wauseon, but the best Mexican between Toledo and Ft. Wayne that I've had. Well worth a stop if you're in the area.

Came in on a Thursday. Waitress came to get our order after we sat down and we were not ready to order yet. I told her I would only need a couple more minutes and she never came back and we waited at least 10 minutes. I waited 3 more minutes, but she never came. Wanted to just leave, but my son ordered a sprite so I had to pay for that. The cashier did apologize, but it was frustrating.

Good authentic Mexican food, always a pleasant dine in atmosphere. Eaten here a few times and am always pleased with the service and quality of everything!
