Yesterday between the hours of 4:30pm-6pm I had a order to pick up and decided to grab a small vanilla ice coffee for the road. I was charged $5 plus change and I knew that was kinda sus but whatever I kept it pushing to not make it a issue. But when I tasted it I knew it felt off. I came back to voice my opinion and a nerdy dude there was very rude. To the point I kinda wanted to place hands on him. The level of not caring at all and to come find out I was overcharged and rang up for something else and I found that out because I wanted to give them another chance and ordered the same thing.....and it was $3and change. So that prices were different and then she admitted to ringing my up wrong. Now mind you this whole time I'm getting the I don't care attitude when I was not in the wrong. So instead of making a scene there I will never come back there again because I doubt I can control my temper. It was almost like he wanted violence so then they can get me locked up. I get this kinda thing a lot around here ppl need to be nice but I guess there is something on my face or something:(. And no I didn't start it didn't yell didn't threaten. This is how ppl get hurt and wonder why later. BE NICE!! :(.

They never label their coffee or yell a name when your coffee is ready. They just put everyone’s coffee on the counter and you have to stand there in a long line and try to figure out which coffee is yours. There has also been several times in which people who have ordered after me received their order before me. This place is a mess when they get even the slightest bit busy!

i went in to the wauseon store to get a large french roast with a little ice and a large frozen caramel marvel. the lady gave me a medium cup of colored water with ice. i guess the water was suppose to be my french roast.
so i asked again for a large french roast with a little bit of ice to cool it down. she then tried to give me a medium, after copping an attitude. strike 2, i asked for the large that i had paid for. she got worse on the attitude, strike 3, so i asked for a refund of the coffee. not the marvel drink.
was told they would have to charge my card a 2nd time instead of refunding the money for the coffee. told the lady at the register i didnt want my card charged a 2nd time. told them to never mind and walked out with out my coffee or refund.
iv been going there for years, NEVER have i had any kinda trouble there with an order. till today. NEVER, have i gotten a bad attitude there till taday. makes me think about going next door to circle k to get a coffee next time.at least there ya dont get an attitude over a cup of coffee.

Stopped by for a coffee yesterday, I needed an afternoon pick me up! The cashier, Cal, is such a sweetheart! So kind and funny and helpful!! Although she told me she had only been working there a couple months, you couldn’t tell! She gave me her coffee recommendation and it was great!!

Went two days in a row both days they sent out a wrong drink or didn’t make one at all. When the problem was brought up they made it seem like it was a big issue.

The ladies here are sweet. This day in particular I was doing a door dash order, pick up was for 3 drinks and a breakfast sandwich. I got there, there was a bag of sandwiches and 7 drinks. The lady hands me the order and I'm thinking..... 🤔 Did they add on in the last few minutes, so I leave with the order and have to turn around to go back to the store because the order was wrong. I caught the mess up, called the store, informed them and my customer what happened. They put two separate orders together and didn't verify. I was not offered anything for catching the mistake, it was 7 sandwiches, a muffin and multiple drinks they would have been out of had I not caught the mess up. They opened the drinks after they were sealed and then resealed them and handed them to another person waiting for the order. Sent them back out of the store just like that. No remakes, no token of appreciation for the person that caught the mistake just... Eh it happens and have a good day.

Before the haters are all booing in the back, I really enjoy Biggby! I like their options of both caffeinated and non caffeinated, I enjoy their breakfast sandwiches and the cups... Oh my goodness those could get you into trouble. What I'm saying is if someone is being honest, you as a business should be willing to reciprocate that kindness and at least offer a token of appreciation.

You can't have two of your grumpiest employees both opening at the same time. That makes for a terrible start to your customer's day. And honestly, it's exhausting going in there wondering what sort of attitude you're going to get. While the coffee might be consistent, I'll take my chances at Napoleon, where it might not always taste the same, but the people are always wonderful first thing in the morning.

The employees weren't happy greeting me. The lobby wasn't clean either. They gossiped about their boss while making my latte. There was no engagement with me while I waited for my coffee. The service counter wasn't clean. Also, I was the only customer in the store. All around poor experience.
