Between 7-930am just horrible when asked for fresh food you still receive old food especially hard biscuits

It's fast food. But it's good. They don't always get the order 100% perfect but the burgers are always stacked nicely and the food always tastes good. This is not a normal burger King It's actually delicious. The people working are always so nice too.

"have it your way" except for breakfast!!! Why can't we add vegetables to breakfast items? Just hit the add onion button and charge 10 cents or something. Damn.. how can your motto literally be "have it your way" then not let ppl have it their way? A breakfast sandwich with onion or tomato is too much to ask for?

Sloooow drive thru. Guy taking order clueless on how to place an order. Had a coupon. Guy asked 3x what the coupon was for and for the number on the coupon. Got our total wrong. Serving food without wearing gloves. If store owner can't properly staff their facility, close it instead of making customers even take tge time to get in the drive thru line. Sick of covid being the excuse.

I just came from this location in Wauseon, Ohio. I had the most terrible service I've ever had. First they were slow and rude. Then the kiosk didn't ring up my order correctly. Then the manager told me they "couldn't change or cancel" an order. They were incredibly rude about it too. Then the website wants me to upload a receipt but I didn't complete the purchase. Why would I? I didn't get what I wanted and they were rude. I'm not paying for bad service. I literally had to walk out bc they wouldn't cancel it And let me reorder. Also your phone system sucks bc you can't even get a human on the phone.
