Great service! The burger wasn't the best when it comes to extreme taste BUT it was a good burger. Not dry or anything. I really enjoyed grabbing lunch here.

Our fries were completely cold and there was WAYYYY too much salt and your supposed to cook new fries every 5 minutes, it sure as hell did not seem like they did. The orders of the burgers were messed so we have to fix them and customize them ourselves. The girl working behind the counter at the time (Abbigal) had absolutely not a clue of what she was doing what so ever and didn't even know how to work the damn computer. It took a whole 30 minute wait for my food just to get some messed up burgers and cold over slated fries? Never coming here again and neither will I be spending my money here again as well. Do not come here unless you just want a bad experience for the fun of it.

I gave 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. This was the worst service I have ever had, I went through the drive thru and the girl that took my order sounded like I was bothering her. At the window she didn't even look at me when she took my card, no greeting at all. I have never had service like this here. I paid and got my food and not one word. I will definitely not go back again. How do you keep employees like that? Would you want to have that kind of service?

Punk service; all because I changed one part of my order.
When ordering, I asked for the 8$ Meal Deal. When asked for the drink, I got a Root Beer with no ice. Then, after I completely finished my order, I asked to change it to a Mello-Yello.
When I received my order, I got home to find an all the way burnt cheese curd in my box of chicken. Also, my no-ice Mello-Yello had 90% ice, 10% Drink. It was the most watered down beverage I ever had.
And to those who think they were rushed, there was no one on line and no one in the parking lot except employees cars.
