There were only 4 of us in there. Food was cold like it was sitting around all day. No customer service, didn’t ask if everything was okay, didn’t ask if I wanted a refill but asked another table that was only drinking water if they wanted a refill. Potatoes were raw. Never brought me a bill until I went to the register (someone could have just walked out without paying) not friendly at all.. maybe they should shut this restaurant down instead of other businesses in Wauseon.. very poor.. I gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me do 0 stars.. I will not return to that establishment again..

My nana recommended this place so we gave it a go for lunch. We were not disappointed. The staff was a little cold and off putting. But the food, oh the food! There were a great deal of goodies to choose from. Another little bonus the lunch price is 9.99!!!!! Definitely will return and recommend to friends.

The food is great, but the unfriendly attitude from the short haired lady is kind of a put off. Although I can look past a semi rude worker for good food.

Love this place and the food so much. Service is prompt but not overly friendly. Really love the option to grab it as takeout for lunch!

So the food has always been ok for a local place that offers the variety they do and some of the staff has been pretty engaging with customers but after my most recent experience I will no longer be going.I don’t recommend using a card because not only will you be charged a 5% fee but if they have any issues on their end they will attempt to double charge you. I was lucky I was allowed to leave with my food but left my number in case it didn’t go through on my end, which it did,but was still messaged asking me to come back and pay from whoever’s personal number.Im not the only person this has happened to and normally they’re more confrontational hence why a lot of my friends have quit going. Also be sure to check receipts.Ive had friends have orders tacked on to their check as well.

Garbage. lo mein noodles not hardly spaghetti noodles with soy sauce. I don't recommend this place. And my order cost $46 for 2 people and I ended up throwing it in the trash.

Mediocre buffet. Sneaky charges on the bill. Not a chill first (and last) impression.

The buffet was okay, but the hidden charges are totally unacceptable! Why would you groups of 5 or more an additional $1 per person? This is totally unacceptable! Why should I be penalized for being you more business? Also, the 5% additional charge on top of that to use a debit or credit card! No more than 3% should be charged, as the actual cost to the business is 2.9% plus 30c per transaction. You just lost 5 regular customers! There’s plenty of other restaurants in the area to choose from.I refuse to do business with a business that bilks it’s customers with these ridiculous and unnecessary fees!

Buffet was very good. Each dish had individual flavor and looked great. I paid cash, like I do with all "mom and pop" owned restaurants. Credit card companies keep upping their fees taking a bigger and bigger bite out of small businesses and it sucks. Great small town buffet, will visit again.

I’ve been going back and forth to this place for two years almost now. I understand how important and crucial tips are, many people depend on them. I work in the service industry and I’m able to accept tips, however I DONT get tipped every transaction. I get tipped based of my performance, knowledge, how I interact with coworkers and costumers. I am never guaranteed a tip. It’s also not illegal to not leave a tip, it’s also illegal to force a costumer to tip or add a charge onto the receipt for a tip. I have not always tipped the waiters that work here based off the same reasons why I deserve or don’t deserve a tip while I’m working. They had a low selection of food, they aren’t friendly. They just get your drink orders and come by on occasion for a stack of plates that needed to be taken 5 minutes ago. I noticed a service fee on my receipt and asked what it was for. She told me it was for a tip because I don’t always give her one. Now mind you, every other restaurant I go to, 95% of the time I tip because I ENJOY my experience. I told her how can she charge me that and assume I’m not leaving a tip just because of the couple times prior? They’ve never done this before, I checked into laws and they CANNOT do that. So be careful coming here, they might charge you extra, pay attention! Apparently I’m “blacklisted” now because I refused to pay a service fee. However, it was ILLEGAL for you to charge me a tip when I didn’t think you deserved one. I tip if you DESERVE IT! And I expect that from costumers that come into my store too.

Now with an added "service fee" plus a 5% credit card fee. Food isn't that good to add $10 for nothing.
