Would give zero stars if I could! This place is disgusting. Old lady at the desk refused to give drink refills or take dirty plates. Won’t be back here. And recommend nobody else going there also. Food is gross and so are the attitudes of the people working there!!! An automatic 12% gratuity added to your bill? For WHAT? I don’t get refills or plates taken from my table. The old lady waitress also slammed our drinks on the table and threw the straws and almost hit my kid in the face. I refused to pay the auto gratuity, the old lady threatened to call the cops. I waited for cops to be called, she refused to call and hid and had some younger boy stand at the front with me to make sure I pay. Some sketchy going on there.

Food was buns, and charged us extra and made a scene because we had 4 of us paying separately and combined our totals and lied saying we didnt pay fully, wouldn’t come here imo the food sucks, rice was also half uncooked

So gross. Took drinks to wrong table, then brought them back to us. That’s against food industry rules. Food was cold and hard. (Was there shortly after opening too) Then adding gratitude for a bill for 2 people. But if your service and food was better, you wouldn’t need to add it. You’d get tips yourself. Never going back.

Why do they charge 12% on your bill for the tip but the waiter doesn't get it? Then I was told I had to give a good review. The chicken wings were under cooked still pink and bloody, and the rest of the food was dry and not very good. The woman is always on the phone and is mad when you go to pay and she won't refill your drink.

The owner's wife took drinks off of one table and put them to a new customer after the first table put their straws in and tasted the drinks and then she moved them to another table for new customers I spoke up and told the new customers do not drink them somebody else had already tasted them owner's wife looks so shocked and I made sure I told everybody in the restaurant that was unacceptable and that goes against the food regulations do not go to this place that was disgusting and so wrong on what they did

Amazing food and great price, often not too crowded. The salmon is my favorite, and so is the sesame chicken. They don't take Amex tho so be prepared

There were only 4 of us in there. Food was cold like it was sitting around all day. No customer service, didn’t ask if everything was okay, didn’t ask if I wanted a refill but asked another table that was only drinking water if they wanted a refill. Potatoes were raw. Never brought me a bill until I went to the register (someone could have just walked out without paying) not friendly at all.. maybe they should shut this restaurant down instead of other businesses in Wauseon.. very poor.. I gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me do 0 stars.. I will not return to that establishment again..

My nana recommended this place so we gave it a go for lunch. We were not disappointed. The staff was a little cold and off putting. But the food, oh the food! There were a great deal of goodies to choose from. Another little bonus the lunch price is 9.99!!!!! Definitely will return and recommend to friends.
The food is great, but the unfriendly attitude from the short haired lady is kind of a put off. Although I can look past a semi rude worker for good food.

So the food has always been ok for a local place that offers the variety they do and some of the staff has been pretty engaging with customers but after my most recent experience I will no longer be going.I don’t recommend using a card because not only will you be charged a 5% fee but if they have any issues on their end they will attempt to double charge you. I was lucky I was allowed to leave with my food but left my number in case it didn’t go through on my end,which it did,but was still messaged asking me to come back and pay from whoever’s personal number.Im not the only person this has happened to and normally they’re more confrontational hence why a lot of my friends have quit going.Also be sure to check receipts.Ive had friends have orders tacked on to their check as well.
