It was probably the single most frustrating experience I have had at any KFC. Took over an hour to get my food and when I finally did get it, items were missing.
While I was waiting, I watched them mess up two orders and forget about a drive-thru order - making the driver wait for 10 to 15 minutes longer than he needed to, until he too, had to come in to ask where his order was. I can honestly see why this location has 3.2 Stars, and I'm surprised it's not lower.

They lock their doors early and open them late. The hours posted online are the same as their hours posted on the door, but me and other customers have come 20-30 minutes past open time, or an hour before closed, and the doors are locked

Parking lot was very open as the drive-thru line was the ONLY way to get your order at this establishment! Despite the signage on the door indicating that the restaurant was open 10a-10p, the lobby doors were locked up tight with no other signs to indicate that the lobby was closed or that the restaurant was short staffed.

Employee that was working the drive-thru window seemed like they were just thrown into that role at the last possible minute with no formal training. Definitely a lot of anger and aggression could be felt by the staff here, not directly to the customers but rather the situation they were placed in.

The food was completely inedible. Ordered a box of the new nuggets and was given apple pie bites in the box instead of nuggets. (Normally I would be happy with that, but there weren't any nuggets in the entire order to eat, so it was definitely a letdown. And the chicken itself was so rubbery, it bounced when I dropped a piece in the floor. (I'm not even trying to joke about that, it legit bounced on my floor like a bouncy ball.)

As much as I feel for the staff there that are having to work like this, I would highly recommend anyone looking to go to KFC to avoid this location if you can. Whether it was the unhappy staff or the inedible food, this location is one that you should avoid like the plague.

Absolutely horrible experience. I placed my order on the app and when it said it was ready to pick up I arrive only to sit in the line for another 25 minutes. When I get up to the window, I am told that they are all out of white meat and I’ll have to wait another 10 minutes! Why place in order on the app ahead of time only to have to wait another 40 minutes to get your food after you told us ready. This location is a total joke and waste of anyone’s time.

Had the bacon double cheeseburger with onion rings and a coke cheese was cold and un melted onion rings soggy falling apart breading fell off terrible food and terrible service will never eat here again. 12.89 waste of money.

I ordered online and the app said my order was ready but when I came in nothing was there. I told them I had an online order and she checked and told me they had a problem with the site so I understood but other people came in they took their order and delivered it and my bag just sat there nobody putting anything in it. When they finally got to it I told them if I hadn’t already paid for this I would have walked out, and the manager said “well you don’t have to come back”! Talk about adding insult to injury!

Ben going to this kfc for years it got real bad bit over the past 2_3 months the place has really mad a come back. What ever it is keep it up. Have not had to wait for chicken in the morning in almost 3 weeks very good keep it up. Good workers are hard to find bit this kfc has found some great morning people. Keep up the getting better my lunch depending on it
