Ben going to this kfc for years it got real bad bit over the past 2_3 months the place has really mad a come back. What ever it is keep it up. Have not had to wait for chicken in the morning in almost 3 weeks very good keep it up. Good workers are hard to find bit this kfc has found some great morning people. Keep up the getting better my lunch depending on it

Food was just ok, was a little cold, flavor was just ok, Employee was a little rude not very pleasant. We are typically big fans of KFC, but not a fan of this location right now, maybe we will give it another try sometime but not for awhile, hopefully it gets back on track!

Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese tomato and lettuce through the drive through and had to wait 20 minutes with 3 other cars ahead of me I finally get my order and NO LETTUCE TOMATO OR CHEESE went back in the girl proceeds to tell me they have no lettuce or tomato but they are an A&W also but they have no tomatoes or lettuce and these people want 20 bucks an hour and can't get a simple order right then proceed to lie to me will never go back to the wauseon KFC/A&W WHAT A JOKE

The food tasted fine, but we waited forever for it. Our order was incorrect but by the time we got it, we didn't feel like waiting even longer. The restaurant itself was not very clean and it smelled unpleasant. There were only a few employees so I'm sure they're over worked and under staffed. But I would not return.

Seems like only one person was working and took around 10 minutes to get our food. Staff said they were making fresh fries but the fries we received were cold. Not a terrible experience but definitely needs better staffing

Was quick through the drive through, did not have ice for the expensive sodas and the A&W tap was out which was a major reason we stopped. But overall it was good.

Waited forever in the drive thru with no one else in it all to get back to work with a cold kfc bowl. At least I got my drink upgraded to a large for free.

Huge respect to everything but the food. Food was bad during the morning, you could tell everything was reheated from yesterday and yet it was still cold, it was barely even warm. I've gotten food before from here that smacked but I got it during late afternoon times where food was fresh and all reheated food had already been sold. After eating, family complained saying "our stomachs our full, but not satisfied, we feel disgusted for even eating that, a pizza wouldve done better" come one man why do I have to go to defiance just to get good everyday food. Oh and I got half of the portions I paid for.

The food was excellent and served quickly, however at 11:15 am there was only 1 clean table and the floors were dirty and sticky. There were no other patrons in the restaurant and the drive through was not busy. In conclusion although the food was very good our experience was not acceptable.
