The staff there is top notch, but DO NOT tip them via card, only cash. The owner keeps all the tips from the workers when they are paid via card. Horrible owner, great staff. What kinda small business owner steals from their staff??

Little Caesars has really gone down the last few years. Extra most bestest used to have extra cheese, extra pepperoni, and extra sauce. It has almost no sauce, very little cheese, and very little pepperoni. I used to love Little Ceasars. The Hawaiian pizza also had almost no sauce. I used to love Little Caesars. Sadly, I will never be back.

seemed to be sorry staged but got my order ready in a quick hurry. Personally think it's bogus they don't get the tips (go to corporate) if you tip from your card, so bring cash cause they deserve it!

We call and call and call and no one answers. And then we call one more time and they take the phone off the hook and let it sit, they don't say hello nothing. We call again and it rings busy over and over and over again! And no this isn't the first time they've done this. Horrible customer service!

I’m not 100% sure if this is under different ownership, but it wasn’t this bad when it first opened. I all together stopped coming here at lunch time because all though the big sign says “Hot and Ready” there’s never anything hot or ready. Same goes for this time 5 o’clock Friday night no one waiting in line, Nothing hot and ready. Done coming here! It’s not even worth 1 star but that’s all I can choose from

Ordered a pizza and wings meal deal as a fundraiser for a school. Placed order online as I was instructed. It took 22 minutes just to receive order, and has been in the oven now for 30 minutes. Will never support a fundraiser again.

Employee answered phone “hello”. I said is this little Caesar’s?? He said “yep”. Horrible customer service. I am the general manager of a pizza place and if one of my employees answered the phone like that they would be done. He acted like he didn’t care one bit and had an attitude. Didn’t apologize or anything. So I hung up phone and will be going elsewhere.
