We call and call and call and no one answers. And then we call one more time and they take the phone off the hook and let it sit, they don't say hello nothing. We call again and it rings busy over and over and over again! And no this isn't the first time they've done this to us! Horrible customer service!

Ordered a pizza and wings meal deal as a fundraiser for a school. Placed order online as I was instructed. It took 22 minutes just to receive order, and has been in the oven now for 30 minutes. Will never support a fundraiser again.

Employee answered phone “hello”. I said is this little Caesar’s?? He said “yep”. Horrible customer service. I am the general manager of a pizza place and if one of my employees answered the phone like that they would be done. He acted like he didn’t care one bit and had an attitude. Didn’t apologize or anything. So I hung up phone and will be going elsewhere.

They don't answer their phone so we can order. We have to call 15+ times to get an answer if they ever answer. And ordering online isn't an option. The food is good but service is horrible!

Well they never answer phones so u can order. And just tonight a man named iggi was rude to me on phone. When they took my order I said I want a fresh pizza and he said they are Hot and ready. I said but I can order what I like. right. So I did but he has bad service with customers. Not a happy camper.

The staff were amazing service was too! You can tell the owner is tight wad and the staff overworked and underpaid. Owner put scotch taped signs everywhere including the screen monitor ?. Instead of putting the sauces out of reach of customers they made a marker sign telling customers not to touch them without paying for them very unprofessional. I will go to support the workers but shame on the owner get better pay better.

My wife had prepaid online and set the order for curbside pickup since I had an operation on my foot. I pulled up in front of the store and called their number. The (I'm assuming) Manager answered, and I told him that I was there for the curbside pickup. He asked me to repeat myself, so I did. He then acted like he had never heard of curbside pickup before, so I told him that it was an option online. He then said in a sarcastic voice, "Naw man, you have to come in and pick your pizza up. We don't take it out to you. " I proceeded to park and go inside where he reiterated that they don't bring pizza put to customers. I told him that it was fine, but the website should then remove it as an option. I explained that I had just had foot surgery and then walked out. He then came outside and said that if I wanted it brought out, then I should have called ahead. I reminded him that we had spoken on the phone before I went inside. I would have been fine if he had just said that they couldn't do it, and let that be that, without all of the sarcasm or coming outside to tell me that I should have called ahead when I already did. There are plenty of other options for pizza in Wauseon that I will choose from next time. At least I might have a better chance at not being treated like a child who didn't do something right. The pizza was delicious but not worth the extra hassle. Spending a few extra dollars on a different pizza place doesn't bother me one bit. Low rating, Little Caesars
