Hands down the best smoked bbq we've ever had. Madeline's Smokehouse catered our daughter's wedding reception. Brisket, pulled pork, potato salad, baked beans, green beans, mac-n-cheese, sausage, pork belly bites, wings...and don't EVEN with the bourbon-coffee bbq sauce. Drinkable.
And it isn't just that the food was amazing.

My fiance and I stopped up at the Appliance Center in Maumee today, and tried Madeline's Smokehouse for the first time. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we walked up to their food truck to place our order. We ordered the Sampler platter, which comes Ribs (3 bones), some pulled pork,, and it was supposed to come with some
wings, and brisket and a small side.
