I had the joy of enjoying your food truck tonight from Burnsville North Carolina, i had the smoked pulled pork mac n cheese n beans it was some of the best tasting that I have had! Yum!!! Thank you WNC Strong!!!!
My husband and I just stopped by their food truck for lunch. However, they were still serving breakfast. I'm not much of a Breakfast Girl, but decided to try a breakfast burrito after my husband ordered one. I'm so glad I did because it's So Good! There is no way I'm gonna be able to finish mine because it's HUGE, but I'm gonna try my best.
My wife got me one of everything on the menu i feel like. The pork belly bites literally melt in your mouth. They were soo good. The baked beans were the best I have had all year. I didn't get a picture honestly because I ate it so fast but the bannana pie is to die for. The bottom of it is crushed nutter butters. I don't think it can get any better than that.
