I went there to get my food normally there is a very kind young women named rain that takes my order she's one of the best if not the best worker there incredibly polite and respectful to every person I've seen however she wasnt there that I seen today and the person that took my order was rude and condescending I cannot believe that they allow such behavior from some of these employees I would not recommend coming to this McDonald's unless rain is there she's the only one to give me quality service that makes me come back

The general manager is nice but has no business running this McDonald's.
We waited over 20minutes for the smallest order ever and still half the food wasn't ready. Their receipt printer was down so they had no idea which order went were.
I offered the suggestion of writing the ticket number of the bags but that is too much common sense for McDonald's.
Overall do not eat here unless you want to waste your money and time.

I had gone to McDonalds for a a Mcchicken, and the employees service was amazing. But then the manager had came out yelling and shouting at the employees over somthing trivial, I had thought that I had heard one of them start to cry later on I was still waiting on my mcchicken employees were being polite about it but then it had been 30 minutes and I asked for the manager and a woman came to me and was very rude and disrespectful she had an attitude when she took my complaint and walked back to one of her coworkers very loudly complaining about me to him and then gave me my food this was Monday afternoon beyond disappointed with that manger and do not recommend her or this place

whether I go through the drive-through or go inside either way, I am always somehow served last. The last time I went Inside this McDonald’s I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for three hot chocolate and no food. Now I have been stuck in the drive-through with no one in front of me for 10 minutes and I had to call the store to get them to give me my order. Normally, I would have left, but I used the app so I already paid. While on McDonald’s easily the worst one in the surrounding area

I have never been so entirely horrified by a staff of workers in my entire life of going to and working at fast food. First we stopped after sitting for around three hours at the local hospital tired, hungry and sore. We were at the kiosk as I know it can be challenging to stop what your doing to take an order. We put our order in on the screen and went to pay and their were no table tags for us to enter a number so I just said 1. then instead of the card reader telling us to insert the card, it told us to take the receipt to the counter to pay. It did not give us said receipt. We walked up and waited without exaggeration for five minutes before even being acknowledged. Than when we finally were the girl at the register sauntered over angrily proceeded to tell us to wait for her to get the manager and after another THREE minutes of waiting with a line forming behind us she asked me to repeat what the issue is. And after she had FINALLY found our order and as we are paying she is audibly complaining about being at work and still having 4 hours left. Then we went and sat down and waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches and a coffee. After those twenty minutes two people who had come in AFTER US recieved their food and they were not deliveries. we went over to the counter and waited for about 5-10 minutes before being acknowledged AGAIN and when we finally were we asked about why we had not received our food and they had said they JUST put the chicken down. They're was no apology just attitude and as a former food service worker I feel there was no excuse for any of it. Have a fantastic day but I will not be going back and neither will any of my family. Very truthfully disappointed.

Honestly worst experience I’ve ever had with them. Had our order confirmed at 10:18 for our dasher too head and pick up and then 10:45 came and we still never got our food. Our dasher called us saying McDonald’s Dousent have our food. They then lie that the drinks are the only part of the order that came thru. My gf then had too come up too store and then when showed recipt on bag it shows correct order as they tried too hand the drinks over. Then was lied too again and told they don’t make the food till the dasher gets their. Remind you she dashes food all the time herself and the orders are suppose too be ready and prepped on arrival. If you want a store that’s lazy and don’t wanna make your order and cause you inconvenience go here.
Seriously? Putting no bbq sauce in my bag is one thing but no patty on my burger? Asked for a plain cheeseburger and get this bs? I know McDonald's isn't a very high bar to clear but at least have employees that can build a burger. Beyond unacceptable. I'll never return to that disaster. Here's my plain cheeseburger.
