This McDonald's is the WORST I've ever been to. My kids and I go out to eat about once a week and they usually pick their favorite, McDs. Unfortunately at almost every visit in the past year we have encountered problems. I've ordered inside, drive thru and on the app. All with the same disappointment. Long waits and cold food, you can count on it each and every time! I have made several complaints in person and online. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, doesn't matter the time or day of the week. Be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes on average only to be given cold fries. I've even gone back to exchange them only to be given more cold fries! Last week I ordered on the app, pulled into a spot and checked in. After waiting 15 minutes I finally called and they brought out my food which was now cold! We now will be driving 15 minutes away to the next Mcds that actually has good service and warm food. Such a disappointment. Corporate needs to take a look at this franchise and management. They don't live up to the standards they should be required to.

Our visit on 12/15/25 was a disaster. We ordered via the app, because no employees were in sight, then we proceeded to look for a clean table. Not impressed with the cleanliness, we decided to take our food to go, so we waited at the counter for pickup. This is where bad turns into terrible. Our fast food took 30 minutes to be served to us, with only 1 other person getting food before we did. When opening the bag, the fries were all dumped out of their containers and the bulk of the food was lukewarm at best. Non of the purchased condiments were in the bags either. I don’t see how we ever justify visiting this establishment again.

This place is absolutely terrible. I’ve gone there three times the last two months. First time I got the wrong Food second time I ordered a caramel macchiato they to try to make one for me couldn’t do it and didn’t know what to do so I told them to get their manager so I can get a refund finally that happened then I went in today ordered my food. I ordered a medium caramel macchiato and the medium cup was halfway filled. I go back inside. Tell the lady and she gave me a new cup but All it was was watered down milk with caramel in it.

Warning to all Door Dashers. Slowest McDonald's around. After waiting 20 min I just unassigned. This has happened frequently here but never at the Napoleon location. Customers and other Door Dashers CONSTANTLY complain about how slow this place is. My only conclusion is that management does not care.

This is the WORST mcdonalds location. Some teen with glasses & alot of acne on his face upcharged me for large drinks when I specifically said medium. Granted its not much, its still the fact. Then, my food. #7, 2 cheeseburgers with fry. Apparently they don't know how to put a sandwhich together. Which has to make their parents fearful for their future. ITS ALWAYS AN ISSUE at this location. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY ARE LAZY. NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS OR MAKE A SANDWHICH.

They never get it right! Drive thru window, they took the money, forgot to give back change, then missing a hash brown in the order. Today my husband bought 2 Happy Meals, one of them had no toy/crocs! What you are going to do? Watch the kids fight over the toy?

Working door dash is difficult with such slow restaurants. While we were waiting in drive thru a wet floor cone was put in one lane. So down to one lane didn't make things any faster. Horrible slow.
