Ordered thru the drive thru. Start to finish it only took 15 min to receive 2 breakfast combos and have them be warm at best. Guess there is no such thing as fast food anymore. At least not at the Wauseon Mc Donald’s

Lady at the drive through is extraordinary rude, not sure if she knows what her job is but she seems to just want to complain about anything. They have a history here of hiring hard to work with people as I've seen managers do worse. It's amazing they get the buisness they do

I dont know how you guys manage to do it, every single time I get food or someone gets food you guys mess it up. Ask for no cheese, and still get cheese with the no cheese order stuck to the sandwich, not to mention you constantly serve out cold fries that the kids complain about.
Drive through staff seemed annoyed that I was placing my order, wrong drink size, I had repeated myself asking for a McDouble with no onions and it had onions still, and fries were supposed to be large and were put in a large container, but there were barely any in it and fewer in the bag. Most times I go here they mess up my order anyways, not worth the hassle

Waited 35 minutes for a curbside order after 35 minutes walked inside to my order sitting on the counter cold. Asked if I could get a refund because I didn’t want cold food and got told that they weren’t allowed to do refunds and that I had to call their corporate number and wait until they figured it out on there end. Then once I call their corporate office I’m told I have to do a survey and wait for someone else to call me back. And when I asked if that would be today they kept dodging my question so yeah I think that’s a wrap for me at this location.

I ordered and waited 25 minutes in line for my food. They weren’t even busy. Two sandwiches were missing. I go back to get it fixed and have to wait another 20 minutes. Don’t go here.
