Waited 35 minutes for a curbside order after 35 minutes walked inside to my order sitting on the counter cold. Asked if I could get a refund because I didn’t want cold food and got told that they weren’t allowed to do refunds and that I had to call their corporate number and wait until they figured it out on there end. Then once I call their corporate office I’m told I have to do a survey and wait for someone else to call me back. And when I asked if that would be today...
It's actually decent food like most of the fast food places around here since it's all we have, BUT my god this McDonald's takes FOREVER sometimes. 45 minute wait sometimes on mobile order pickups. Insanity, especially when the drive-thru is relatively empty the whole time. They tend to forget about people after telling them to pull forward or take a spot.
Stopped here on my way to Toledo and I will say this is one of the better if not the best service at a McDonald’s I have ever had. Every employee was nice and attentive to not only me but all the other people inside as well. I had three separate encounters with 3 different employees and all were great. I wish every McDonald’s was staffed like this one! I don’t know if everyone was on there best behavior for a reason but whoever was working 6/19 at 12:30 all were fabulous....
