Placed a to go order, not friendly. Boyfriend picks up order, experiences rudeness. Gets home w food, missing my baked potato. Call bout missing potato, offers nothing but a sorry after I tell her my bf is not willing to pick up potato & asked if there was anything else they could offer. Burger was amazing & chicken marsala was good except chicken had absolutely no seasoning hence no flavor. Marsala sauce was good tho

The employees were very nice. I had the margarita pizza-I think it was on a frozen crust, had barely any cheese on it (once piece had none) and too much sauce. I would not recommend this.

Heard many good things about Reelwood and drove from Toledo to check it out. Came tonight and found the dining area to be half-full. Waited 10 min to be seated. Once seated we waited close to 15 minutes only to overhear two waitresses who stood 3 feet away from our table deliberating over which one of them was going to take our table. With them not being able to make a decision, we made it for them, as at this point we had sat there ready to order longer than an acceptable amount of time. As we headed to the door only one of the waitresses even offered an apology. As for the food recommendation….we will never know.

This place was a pleasant surprise as far as the server, menu, and the food. Server was friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and attentive. Food was well thought out, diverse, and prepared with good in house fresh made ingredients. Food is locally grown, farmed, and sourced. We had the appetizer special of Crab Dip with marbelized onions with house made nacho chips. It had cheddar as baked accent (could be left out). But delicious! The BBQ Chicken Flat Bread was delicious. The restaurant was clean, well lit, and offered fast service (it was around 3 P.M.). The place is not visible enough from road related to signage - my opinion - but the food and service were a gem. It's tied into a theater and the entrance is hard to find. It needs a better signage including street signs to draw attention to its location. We drove around the buidling twice before we relaized/figured out the entrance is tied into the theatre. I'm glad we didn't give up on finding the entrance. It's probably locally known but it was a pleasure to find it. We just went to check it out for a menu inquiry and got swept in by the menu and friendly greeting when we arrived. Highly recommend.

Friendly Staff but understaffed overall so service was slow on a Saturday mid afternoon. Food was just ok... ? My flatbread was served barely above room temperature. Cheese curds were average. Fine Reuben sandwich. Iced teas were weak, no tea flavor at all, sent those back, they were barely darker than water. Overall not a great visit. Will try again to see if they get things together here. Dining room smelled of popcorn, that was cool. Lol.
