They always have the main lobby door locked so you have to walk around if you want to go inside then when you get inside they turn the music up to 50 so you can't hear anything and want to leave. They obviously don't want people to come inside

Updated review: Employees were kind but the food seems to be going downhill. Beans are thick, lukewarm and gross. Fries are soggy. They may need to change how long they leave an item out before changing it.

The manager Alyssa is phenomenal. She helped us with our order and is great with customers. Our main concern was the guy at the window with his disgusting long nails. Not only couldn’t he give me the appropriate amount of napkins (given one by one due to not trimming his nails), he stabbed me with his nails handing me my food. I certainly made a complaint. If you work in food service, you need to maintain a healthy, clean environment, especially when it comes to handling food. Hygiene is important, having clean trimmed finger nails is important! Having a clean uniform is important, he is a violation of code. He looks lazy and gross.

It's as bad as ever...I have not been to a Taco Bell in at least 8 years. You have lost 3 customers for life. I went there in Wauseon just a few minutes ago, got my food in 2 minutes...that sounds great, right?!?! 😅😅...NOT good...old, tasteless, got my order wrong, and what's the point of trying to get restitution? Nothing will change. Let's face it, we don't go here for quality...we used to go here for price, AND it tasted decent...now it's just sad. We're done. I spent $16 on two tacos and 1.5 ounces of potatoes...yes, you read that right...
I think we went there just to prove how ludicrous their prices are...I can see spending $6+ on a chicken sandwich from Wendy's, but $6+ for a freaking taco, with a smattering of grade D beef?!?! Laughable...Laughable!!! And yes, it's grade D beef, the worst kind you can get; I used to be in the industry. My philosophy is, if it tastes good eat it...but if you're going to charge $16 for two tacos and literally a half a handful of potatoes, you're about to fold...maybe not tomorrow, but eventually people will catch on and just stop coming... we're done.
Their service sucks, their food sucks, I can't wait to see it fade into history...and for anyone who whines and comes to their defense, either you don't care about taste or quality, or you have zero concern about money...or you're just drunk or high..either way, TBell is over...

Ordered through the app while I was in Walmart since taco bell is just a few minutes away. I get there and someone's pulled to the speaker. 7 minutes go by and no one even greeted the car in front of me. Finally they get to him and he also just has an online order like I did. Also, to put into perspective it was a little busy, but they decided to clear every single car in front of us before they even tried to take the persons order in front of me. Pull around to the window and im waiting even longer just for my food that I pre-ordered. I got there around 5:25 and didnt leave the drive thru until 5:42. Thats pretty ridiculous. Ive worked fast food on a busy highway and we never had anyone waiting like this.

They don't ever seem to unlock both doors I'm not sure why,they don't put a note that it's broken or why it's locked the odd thing is that is the door that faces the parking lot. I went there today and 1 item I purchased was a Mexican pizza and the shells were stale it was awful not edible. I am aware this location is very slow compared to other locations,but these things should be check. This happened once before with hard taco shells and I did not go back to this location for a couple of years.
If you like wearing your tacos then this place is for you. I've been to a lot of Taco Bell's in my life and this one was the worst. Inside it was very cold and the people almost were trying to avoid you. When we got our food which was mostly tacos it was a mess. The person who wrapped the tacos was either new or didn't care. Eating them was difficult at best. When you opened each one they weren't really wrapped, it was basically a bag tacos with the toppings everywhere. I never write bad reviews but this is an exception.

The music was up to loud it was hard for my friends and I to even enjoy our food. It was like I had almost went to a concert at 10am and wanted to head bang or something. My fries were soggy like when ur fingers get wet for to long. The girls bathroom smelled like a straight up cigarette pack not good for the people on oxygen I have asthma and I was coughing like crazy.

Absolute garbage employees. Today I watched who I assume is the manager screaming at customers, instigating the situation making it worse, this is AFTER an employee THREW a soda at the customers. The manager is unhinged, that was not okay you can’t act like that at work. 0/10 absolutely disgusting behavior AND it’s on camera
