I ate at Beast and Bottle today and it wasn’t just food, it was divine intervention. The flavors baptized my taste buds in a holy trinity of richness, balance, and unrelenting perfection. I swear I saw the pearly gates crack open for a second. Halfway through the meal, I was no longer just a man eating dinner. I was a disciple at the last supper, wondering why we ever stopped doing this in the first place. By the time I wiped the last trace of sauce from my lips, I wasn’t just satisfied. I was converted. If the Pope himself tasted this, he’d pack up the Vatican overnight, wheel St. Peter’s Basilica down the interstate like a house on a flatbed, and reestablish the Holy See right inside Beast n Bottle. Five stars? No. This was a miracle. A culinary resurrection. If this food had been around in 1517, Martin Luther would’ve never nailed a single complaint to the church door, he’d have been too busy licking his fingers. Beast and Bottle isn’t just a restaurant. It’s the new high altar of flavor. Amen.

The service was terrible! They were out of brisket at 7:00. And then after orders were put in & food came out...sorry we are out of pulled pork too... would you like a burger😵.WTH?? Never again...

Did not expect to get one of the best pork bao buns of my life in Waverly, OH, but here we are. This was the special the day we visited, but we also had a pulled pork sandwich and a side of the slaw that was truly top notch. We tried the Pike Co Yella sauce and it was exceptionally good. The service was also fast and friendly. Only wished I'd grabbed a few pics to share. Highly recommend a stop!

We were a party of 4 on our way to see Tecumseh in Chilicothe and decided to look up restaurants to eat dinner prior to attending the outdoor event. The food was fantastic! As one friend said, "the food is off the chain"! Generous portions all around! Hadlee was our server for the evening and she was friendly and very helpful when we HAD to take leftovers home due to not being able to eat ALL the food! The owner/manager came out and chatted with us and he was really friendly as well. We will definitely come back and will bring others with us! While we were at Tecumseh, we told another couple about Beast and Bottle. They live in the area and said they didn't know anything about it; but after we told them about it; they said they would check them out! Great little gem in the heart of Waverly!

I'm from Kentucky and had dinner with a friend from West Virginia for the first time. We were served by the owner Amanda. The food was delicious and the hospitality was awesome. My friend and I are definitely going to visit again.

Beast and bottle is probably one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. I was visiting waverly for a work trip and ended up going to this restaurant 2/3 days it was open, only missing a day because I accidentally worked too late to order food (kitchen closes at 9). The food is affordable but doesn’t sacrifice quality. I tried the popper burger and dang near wept from what could only be described as a ratatouille moment. I’d also recommend the cheese curds because they will send your tastebuds to six flags. Pickle chips are remarkably crispy and don’t get soggy, worth their weight in gold honestly. This restaurant manages to make its way into my dreams and deserves 6 stars, I can’t wait to visit again!

This place changed. Came to this place after two years. I heard there was two owners. One of them left. The portion seems smaller. The only thing this place seems to be good at is with the smoked meats. Made this mistake of getting two different burgers. Burgers for $9 with not a lot of flavor. My girlfriend got their bourbon chicken that was the special for today. Tasted nothing like burbon chicken at all. She couldn't finish it. Dont know if we'll be returning here ever.
