"We're disappointed to hear about your recent experience..."
Gosh, owner, don't you get tired of replying to all the one star reviews about how long people had to wait at your establishment? I guess not, as you seem to have a few prewritten platitudes that you copy-paste from.
You can add me to the LONG list of one stars due to atrocious wait times.
We came in on a not busy Tuesday around 5. There were two or three other tables who had already been served when we were seated. One family came in after us, and were seated right behind us. They had their full meal order taken before us. Meanwhile, we were completely ignored... not even asked if we wanted a beverage (again, we were there "first," and were right next to that other family). I also wear a neon yellow sweatshirt, so it's not like we're invisible! We made the most of the 20-30 minutes of being ignored, and looked up a different restaurant to go to, and left.
Don't waste your copy-paste on replying; PLEASE get some cognizant staff who can handle having two new tables that are right next to each other. We travel all over due to our work, and have eaten at many places. This was the first time we were so disappointed that we walked out and went somewhere else!
If you want good food and consistency, make the extra trip and go to chillicothe Bob Evans way better!!

We were visiting family from Tennessee and had a party of 16 meet for breakfast... We called ahead to tell them we would be coming at 8:30. They were ready for us and put us together in the side room. Lindsey was our server and she did a great job taking care of us. Food was delicious and service was prompt. We were able to enjoy visiting our family before we headed down the road to Tennessee. Thank you!

Looked like there was only one server for the entire restaurant. The server did a great job, she was just spread thin. Waited several minutes to be checked out. Not sure what the host was doing in the back.

The service was great can’t remember the gals name that served us. Blonde with lip or chin can’t remember which piercing. My parents and I are up this way to bury my grandma in lucasville. The salad was alright tho only took a couple bites. There was too many tomato’s and cucumbers that I picked out as I didn’t realize it came with in it so that’s on me. The fish was good the onion rings that came with the fish super amazing.
Mom had biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs which she seemed to enjoy.
Dad had the ham and coleslaw and I believe potato’s he seemed to like it except for the seasoning.
What was surprising was that she didn’t know where the main place for Bob Evans is which is basically neighboring to the area (not saying she’s wrong for not knowing) just was surprised
