Slow as hell there's a boy in there that thinks he runs the show an acts childish on the drive thru mic while trying to take my order with a different employee he was interrupting us several time I was embarrassed for the other employee but she didn't care almost like she was used to it there food is not bad I like some of it it's just the workers ruin everything so it's definitely on the very bottom of are fast food choices very bottom.....

I come here often and normally the food is great. Just had my girlfriend run through to get some food. And my steak house whopper is missing half the condiments it’s suppose to have . The half it does have there is very little of on the sandwich. I get it was 10 y’all was closing in an hour but wow

I am completely disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered a pickup order and it took 23 minutes to get it. So I had to hurry back to work only to find out they gave me the wrong sandwich when I tried to call they took the phone off the hook. Incompetency. While I was there a different customer had to come back to get her entire meal they forgot to send.

Fresh, hot food. Fast friendly service! Stopped at the Waverly, Ohio location and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. They had a single table set up for fallen soliders that was just beautiful. Made me tear up. Cherry on top was the delicious churros! If we knew theyd be that good, wed have ordered the 12 count!

Avoid! Tried drive thru Friday evening 6/28 just after 8:00. Ordered Wopper Jr with no onions. “Female said can you repeat that? I repeated my order. Asked to repeat again, my wife repeated the order. All we heard at the order station was giggling. We drove off. Whenever I encounter something like this, it’s a management issue or a franchise owner who doesn’t honor or care about the corporate guidelines.

Terrible! I ordered ONE burger from inside the store. There was only one other person in the store.They gave my food to the other person who ordered after me so I already knew mine wasn’t going to be right when they gave it to me, which it wasn’t. The manager called back to have my food remade, but apparently no one heard them. So 7 minutes later she called out again and then berated the cooks for the time it was up there. They already made it! You messed up and gave it to the wrong person ya witch. Never again
