I think her name is Brook, she gave the best service that I’ve gotten from anyone there in a long time. She took my order fast and made it really well! She was very nice too! Great customer service!
I ordered ice cream last night with my family. Brooklynn took my order and was very pleasant. I always receive great service when coming in to order! Very happy

The blond girl up front on 10/9 took one order and walked away on a phone call and was on her phone ignoring the rest of the customers while a line was building up.

I walked in to order my food. The blonde girl up front was on her phone the entire time. Took her friends order and then walked away and didn’t take mine. I waited for 20 minutes till someone else had to come take my order why the girl went back to her phone conversation. I was on my lunch break and only had 30 minutes. AWFUL SERVICE!!! Won’t be going back!
Uses drive through . I ordered two Blizzards cookies and cream and the other was banana split. Very good.

Chocolate soft serve was a little runny, but the server did say that the machine had just been put in and offered me a different ice cream to replace it

I love dairy queen. I used to work there in 2013. It used to have a great atmosphere with nice staff. Today i went through the drive thru the girl was rushing me majorly. Then i get to the window get dirty looks from the two girls at the window. She YANKS my card out of my hand to the point i almost dropped it. Hands me my drinks with all the straws and utensils AT ONCE i was struggling. Then rudely tells me to pull up for my food. She brings it out i say thank you and she walks away without a word. Just rolls her eyes. Waited forever for it to all be cold. I wanted to go get a refund but figured it was pointless with how awful they were already being. Being pregnant and emotionally annoyed. Just wanted my cravings and was greeted with the worst service. The two girls were equally as awful. But the name on the receipt is Tereasa.
