Everything is good especially there gravy can’t beat the price and super friendly staff this is my go to for sure

Diner 23 is one of our favorite places to eat as a family! It has such fun 50s diner vibes, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. We’ve been bringing our daughter here since she was little, and every visit has been nothing but positive. The food is always delicious, but it’s the family atmosphere that makes this place so special.

My wife and I are from Columbus and have recently purchased a home in Chillicothe, out of the blue I asked my wife this morning if she wanted to go to the diner 23 in Waverly ohio for breakfast. Best decision we ever made for breakfast, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was wonderful, the people that waited on us were friendly and down to earth. It felt like eating at your house. My wife loved the coffee as well, and she doesn’t like coffee that much. We will definitely be regulars on Saturday mornings from here on out.

What has happened to my casa went there today thru drive thru had to wait and wait and wait ordered food then had to wait some more got my food and it was terrible the lettuce was brown the dressing was water down and the taco sauce tasted like ketchup I am so sad

I absolutely love this place! Forst time visiting, and everything was excellent. The waffle was big and very good. The eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection. Even the sausage gravy was delicious! Our server was so friendly, even joking atound with us. The inside of the diner was a 50s motif, and the music playing in the background was light and easy to listen to. This place was so good, and I will definitely try to get back here.

My favorite new place, great food, great service, great atmosphere, and it’s budget friendly with the specials of the day being only $5.99 including a drink, especially the way things are priced today.
Service is slow and it's VERY loud. Shouldn't be taking orders of people who came in after others first. French toast not done, sausage burnt on one side and the other side looks raw. I personally recommend not coming here but that's just me.
