We ordered ahead for a party. They were very thorough and professional with their ordertaking. Everything was perfect and ready on time. The food was great and we were asked where we had gotten it. We even Came back the following weekend. The only reason I haven’t been a frequent patron is because I prefer online ordering but the employees were very nice and helpful, I had no problem placing my orders.

We have been ordering Fred’s pizza for almost 3 years . Today I got the first bad burnt pizza from there . I called to discuss this . The manager wanted me to drive the pizza back and remake another one today . I couldn’t do that . I said I wouldn’t be another customer . Brandy the manager didn’t even care . She said ok .

I enjoyed the environment very much. It wasn't to loud and it wasn't overly bright. I got the gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza with peppers and tomatoes. I would definitely recommend to another gluten-free person

Nice owner, good decor. Pizza was fantastic! We haven't been here in over a year. Decided to try it again and it was great! NY style pizza, we went back the very next day for another.
My husband and I have lived in the area for about 4 years. We have passed by Fred's pizza many times so we decided to stop. when you go in the place is very dark and very gloomy. There's a counter that you go up and order your food and you pay for it in advance we chose to dine in. The girl behind the counter said you can sit wherever you like and she would bring out our pizza. Because we never had pizza there before we ordered a small cheese pizza which consists of four small slices. I thought it was good but my husband thought that it could have been better. I don't know if we would come back it is not an inviting place to sit and enjoy your food. There is a beverage machine like they have in fast food so you can refill your beverages. It would not be a place that I would probably come back to.

Ordered a 8 inch pizza, 18 inch pizza and garlic knots. The knots come out like they should have and then the 8 inch pizza came out. My father in law ( who is a slow eater ) are his 8 inch pizza and I decided to go up to the counter to check on the 18 inch pizza. I asked the lady at the counter about the 18 inch pizza for order number 64. She said they got hit with a lot of to go orders and it is coming up. We had one order? We didn’t order separately, it should have been made the same time the 8 inch was made. 10 minutes later our pizza comes out. To add insult to all of this. People ordering pizzas after I talked to the lady was getting their pizzas within 5 minutes of ours. Just tell me the truth and you forgot our order or they dropped our pizza on the floor in the back, don’t insult my intelligence.

Food was good, but the service was not good. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with light sauce, an 8” meat pizza, mozzarella sticks, and garlic knots. The food began to come out after 15 minutes, but it took an hour for the large pepperoni pizza to come. We noticed several tables that ordered after us had their pizzas as well. When my husband questioned it they stated they had several to go orders come in. It took an additional 20 minutes from that point for our pizza to come out and when it was delivered to our table the lady was rude. I wanted to match her energy but I just chalked it up to I don’t have to eat here.
