Stopped in on the way through town. Burritos filled to the brim. Food was fresh. Great alternative to the other fast food options around. I love that they have a teriyaki and Hawaiian option to your typical Mexican flavor burritos.

I couldn't stomach the overbearing smell of body odor and the constant fire alarm beeping because it needed new batteries. I'd rather go where cleanliness, good personal hygiene and a genuine care for the workplace matters to the owners and the people working inside ANY food chain.

I went to Hot Head Burritos in Waverly Ohio last night. I walk in they tell me they was out of white and brown rice that they was in process of cooking white rice it will be 10 to 15 min. So I went out to car waited. I walked back in 5 min to see if I can place my order so when rice is done they can make it. they told me I can order online. so I walked back out to car to wait. seen young lady making an order so I walked back in. I stood there while she made online orders for 10 min. and didn't get I will be right with you nothing. worst service I have ever gotten in fast food place. WILL NEVER BE BACK...Waverly Ohio

Seemed as if they were about to close for the evening, yet still had 3hrs till closing. Low on or out of just about everything we wanted to order. Food was decent, maybe just a bad night.
They have a wonderful staff there and the food is great.
Vegetarian options: The vegetables are great

Renee is the name of the person on my receipt, wonderful service and very friendly and absolutely killed it with my burrito!! One of the best ones I have had from there... was in and out quick on my break, good food, and good service.. couldn't have been any better
