Food that I picked up with a scheduled time was barely warm - I imagine it was dished up way too early. The younger girl at the window was nice - but the older girl with dark hair was rude to the young one and just made me feel really bad for the young one. Probably won't go back.

Manager instructed cashier to only give us 3 packs of butter for our 12pc family meal with 8 biscuits. I sense that either someone can't math or just simply wants bad reviews since she said it right in front of us lol. You ain't getting your biscuits buttered here lol NEXT!

The chicken we got was super old and dry. The biscuits were so old I couldn’t hardly break it with my fingers. The manager was super rude. I’m done with this kfc. Won’t be going back

The food is about all they have going for them. I worked there since October and just found a better job! They may treat customers good, but the employees are treated like trash from employees to shift supervisor. The higher up you are the worse they get. People who carried the same title as me treated me like garbage and tried to say they treat every employee good. Scheduling was a big issue as well.

I'll tell you now the only thing that has stopped me from giving a perfect five-star rating is the fact that the pop machine stopped working other than that was one of the best KFC's I've eaten highly recommended everyone there was very nice polite and accommodating

It’s been at least 10 times in the last 2 months. Finally, today I’m writing a review. This is honestly the absolute worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I love local and don’t complain yet some of my co-workers have stopped going over these same issues and I think I’m done too. They rarely have Pot Pies ready, mess up my order almost every time or make me wait 10 mins and STILL mess it up. I went today once more. Asked for pot pies….none. Then asked for Sticky Chicky nuggets….none. So then I ordered whatever I could get, pulled up, payed and then found out I STILL had to wait 10 mins. I pull up, wait, finally get my food(service was robotic as could be btw), get home……only to find out….3 wings I paid for weren’t in the bag, I got 2 1/2 of my 3 strips and in my bowl I paid for extra cheese and chicken…..and got none of it. I get folks have bad days. I get things are out of stock. I get that you don’t want things made ready so you don’t waste them. But it’s almost EVERY TIME. I rarely get the food I come to get and I just think it’s terrible all the way around. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Terrible customer service, I would highly recommended going elsewhere.... considering I'd rather feel comfortable with placing my order rather being treated as if I am a inconvenience to the employee's.. I will not tolerate that behavior, KFC OWNERS DO BETTER AS PRIVATELY OWNED BUSINESS, HIRE THE CORRECT EMPLOYEES TO RUN YOU'RE BUSINESS.... INCLUDING MANGMENT.

Went through the drive-through and ordered. My husband and I normally get the same thing every time. When the price was different then the normal I tried to ask the cashier at the window if my order was correct and repeated the order to her and made her aware of the price difference but was completely dismissed. Got home to find out my husband order was wrong and my one piece breast was completely slimy. I called and made them aware but was treated like an inconvenience and was told the breast was up to temp but might look slimy because it had just got done. They did offer to replace the breast but after the customer service there I will not be back.

Taste of kfc 20.00 meal a joke. Your sides are individual. Then they didn't have thighs or legs to complete order. Did get breast to make up for if you like breast.
