Came here to get something to eat between 8 and 8:30. Service from employees was intolerable. Employees were extremely rude during the entire interaction I had with them. Acted like she didn’t know what drink was which when I was trying to pay, forced drinks into my hand before I could even pay. Was asked to pull up while waiting for food, wasn’t part of the problem, but when given the food, employee basically threw the food at me and ran back in the building. Not even a have a good night or anything. Probably won’t come back due to rudeness.

The young girl that works the drive through.. if she doesn't want to work. Fire her. She is rude. Rolls her eyes. Has an attitude. She makes the experience miserable and frustrating. That place use to be so good and nice.

12 Nashville hot wings great! large wedges undercooked and cold an hard in middle.large fries good. Waited over 20 mins for order to be done with no line inside at all. If my wedges was cooked I would have rate higher. Ticket #3440 times me of order 3:37

So the service was great but almost every time I go I ask for mashed potatoes no gravy and still get mashed potatoes with gravy when I asked for otherwise I am also finding blue hairs in my fries so maybe like hairnets? Bc I’ve found 3

This place never has anything you want and the speaker is broken at the drive through and has been for at least 3 weeks. The owner of this location should ashamed to own this place and keep it operating in this condition!!

I got the chicken pot pie and was so disappointed. It’s not at all what the description is. I got maybe 3 peas and a handful of carrots, there was so much chicken it soaked up the tiny spec of gravy that was in it. So needless to say it was dry and I was extremely disappointed.

I worked at kfc for 3 years . Was even a manger during that time . I came thru around 10:30 and ordered to famous bowls . I got PULLED for two bowls during opening and waited 15 minutes for them? That is not how it should be . A famous bowl should be the last thing you are waited for during opening shift . Sad
Rude girl at window, orders were wrong. Won"t be going back.

Food that I picked up with a scheduled time was barely warm - I imagine it was dished up way too early. The younger girl at the window was nice - but the older girl with dark hair was rude to the young one and just made me feel really bad for the young one. Probably won't go back.

Manager instructed cashier to only give us 3 packs of butter for our 12pc family meal with 8 biscuits. I sense that either someone can't math or just simply wants bad reviews since she said it right in front of us lol. You ain't getting your biscuits buttered here lol NEXT!
