Honestly, this location just needs to be completely shut down. For The last couple years every time I see someone come there it can be like one hot and ready and they’re waiting 510 minutes plus for a pizza if your service is that low that you can’t waste food and you have to make to order at a place to advertise is hot and ready then you probably shouldn’t be open. I get sick of waiting all the time and then whenever you finally come in you’re like where’s the food and they’re like oh it just came out so it doesn’t magically comes out every time after like 2030 minutes? It’s ridiculous. It’s sad. I have worked at a Little Caesars and I know it doesn’t take this long to make the pizzas or do anything so it’s literally probably just the employees or it’s just literal lack of comprehension skills and knowing how to do something that is making it so impossible to eat here that’s constantly the worst service in the area and at this rate, it would be better off at the Little Caesars didn’t exist in the area. Thank you I needed it to be said.

I’m not sure what is going on at this store but everytime the wait is 20 plus minutes in the drive thru and when you get tired of waiting and park and walk in they make you wait more.

I put a order online at 6:21 said it would be ready at 6:45 to 6:50. When I got there the lady in the drive-thru was rude. Had me park said they would bring it out to me because it was not ready yet. We'll that never happend I sat there for 20 mins and nothing. So I went and got my money back.

Went here during a weekday evening to purchase a hot and ready pizza. There was a line all of which were waiting to order. No one was working the front. Was told by a customer who went through the drive thru that theirs was going to take 50 minutes. I left and purchased elsewhere. I understand things happen that affect business, but this isn't the first time I have gone in and had to wait an extended period before someone came to take my order.

I ordered a deep dish combo and crazy puffs, Got pulled through the drive through and parked us when they weren't busy told us it'd be a few mins. I walked into to check on my order 20 mins later and only did they then they put my pizza in so about 40 min after I ordered o got my pizza, and then told me they forgot to put them in (they did replace with crazy bread)
