Papa Johns has typically been a consistent yet boring go to for chain takeout pizza for me when I’m looking to feed a herd on a budget. This particular location served me a pizza that was slightly over done on top, which I actually prefer, but the dough was not completely cooked. I actually baked it further when I got home in my oven to finish it up a bit but we still ended up throwing a good portion away after we picked through the toppings.
I’m sure the location would have made it right had I let them know but for what I paid it just wasn’t worth my time to do so. You get what you pay for I guess.

I got 2 pizzas at Waverly, Ohio. They usually have great pizzas but this time was not great. All the cheese (which there were not much at all) was in the middle of the pizza. Hardly no toppings at all. What’s sad is I really like Papa John’s. Now I feel like either the worker didn’t like her job or did it on purpose…..maybe the manager was cutting down on cheese and toppings. I don’t know. Anyways if I do go back to Papa John’s it sure won’t be the one in Waverly, OH.

This place is awful I have ordered 2 large pizzas a few times this week and receive medium pizzas mostly crust and the manager is always rude every time I go in. Very expensive for poor staff and small pizzas.

The staff are VERY rude and she said she fired most of her workers because she could “smell them” and one of them was was a very nice older woman SHE NEVER STUNK. This GM and her husband are running this place into the ground. She is also banning dashers saying it’s because of the owner asking her to!

Ordered a pizza for delivery that arrived very undercooked. They laid the pizza on the ground outside my hotel room and didnt knock or anything and lied on the order saying they handed it to me. Had a weird moldy taste to it. Woke up with stomach issues of a certain nature. Worst pizza experience ever.

I’ll preface this by saying I like Papa John’s a lot. However, my experience tonight has me wondering if I’ll ever eat it again. It was honestly unacceptable and inedible. I’ve had better chicken from Save a Lot and the light drizzle of sauce was laughable and nothing like the menu picture. And the pizza…1/2 plain crust and the rest was doughy with unmelted cheese on it. I had to take it home and finish cooking it. Really disappointed and definitely not worth the money, even after savings.
I ordered 4 items at 4:30 it was a SCHEDULED DELIVERY! Never showed up, didn't answer ANY of my phone calls or anyone on customer service, then we finally get through and they want me to come get it or I can't have my order. Absolutely ridiculous.
