This place is awful I have ordered 2 large pizzas a few times this week and receive medium pizzas mostly crust and the manager is always rude every time I go in. Very expensive for poor staff and small pizzas.

The staff are VERY rude and she said she fired most of her workers because she could “smell them” and one of them was was a very nice older woman SHE NEVER STUNK. This GM and her husband are running this place into the ground. She is also banning dashers saying it’s because of the owner asking her to!

Ordered a pizza for delivery that arrived very undercooked. They laid the pizza on the ground outside my hotel room and didnt knock or anything and lied on the order saying they handed it to me. Had a weird moldy taste to it. Woke up with stomach issues of a certain nature. Worst pizza experience ever.

I’ll preface this by saying I like Papa John’s a lot. However, my experience tonight has me wondering if I’ll ever eat it again. It was honestly unacceptable and inedible. I’ve had better chicken from Save a Lot and the light drizzle of sauce was laughable and nothing like the menu picture. And the pizza…1/2 plain crust and the rest was doughy with unmelted cheese on it. I had to take it home and finish cooking it. Really disappointed and definitely not worth the money, even after savings.

I ordered 4 items at 4:30 it was a SCHEDULED DELIVERY! Never showed up, didn't answer ANY of my phone calls or anyone on customer service, then we finally get through and they want me to come get it or I can't have my order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Have had a good experience every time we come. We usually order ahead and pick it up in the store. No issues. I really enjoy the pizza and bread sticks!

Called in an online order. They said 11 minutes. We got there 15 minutes later and they said they haven't even put it in the oven yet that they had nine pizzas ahead of us and that the automated service told us wrong... They only had two people working. That place was a mess... Maybe not use the automated service anymore because people are wasting their time... They had plenty of time to put our pizza in and it should have been waiting on me when I got in the door. They hadn't even touched it. I canceled my order and they put it back on my credit card.

These people are what give good service industry workers a bad name my pi,za wasn't cut the driver got lost which is the 2nd time that's happened and because they contract to Doordarsh for drivers you gotta call another number just the whole thing is a joke I oder out which is a luxury so the food she be hot and on time and I always tip 25% or more I just don't get the customer service from this place. Never again
