Have had a good experience every time we come. We usually order ahead and pick it up in the store. No issues. I really enjoy the pizza and bread sticks!

Called in an online order. They said 11 minutes. We got there 15 minutes later and they said they haven't even put it in the oven yet that they had nine pizzas ahead of us and that the automated service told us wrong... They only had two people working. That place was a mess... Maybe not use the automated service anymore because people are wasting their time... They had plenty of time to put our pizza in and it should have been waiting on me when I got in the door. They hadn't even touched it. I canceled my order and they put it back on my credit card.

These people are what give good service industry workers a bad name my pi,za wasn't cut the driver got lost which is the 2nd time that's happened and because they contract to Doordarsh for drivers you gotta call another number just the whole thing is a joke I oder out which is a luxury so the food she be hot and on time and I always tip 25% or more I just don't get the customer service from this place. Never again

I ordered food on September 27th there was a storm and apparently the store lost power so my order was never delivered and they are refusing to refund my money. They stole almost 40$ from me and refuse to make it right. I have proof that the money was taken out of my account and they refuse to return it. Apparently the orders foe waverly ohio are taken through a call center in california . Thats the dumbest thing ai have ever heard and maybe if that wasn't the case they would have known the store had no electric and wouldn't have taken my order and stole my money.

Have not had papa John’s pizza in a long time so walked in and definitely don’t like to see someone that is cooking my food with no gloves on and scratching there head the grabbing the toppings and putting them on a pizza

I ordered a medium pizza cuz I was hungry and I knew they were closing. I went ahead and called in to place the order and they took the order. But they canceled the order without telling me.Geez. Papa johns must have not wanted my business or money. Never ordering from them again.They could have told me they can't take any more orders! UghPapa Johns sucks
