15 to 20 phone calls in 30 minutes while i was trying to solve a mistake with our take out food accidently being left on the table. So I went in. I was told calls don't go through the store, it's through a call center. While the phone is ringing, as I'm calling it standing at the counter. Not a customer in the restaurant but Noone would ever answer the phone and they weren't pleased about being called out for lying about it. The food was our fault, the lack of accountability for not answering the phone calls because 3 people are cleaning the kitchen over an hour before they close is the assistant managers fault. Short staffed is understandable to an extent. They seemed like nice people working there, other than the assistant manager handling this terribly.

Everything was very good. We got the deep dish meat lovers was great!! And I was happy to see that they had their salad bar back...was sad to see that go when it left. Everything was fresh and pizza was tasty. Waitress was friendly. All in all great Atmosphere nice.

well the prices on the menu needs to be updated or something because I ordered a large pizza it was supposed to be 19.99 it was more the bread sticks could've been cut like they were supposed to be the service was horrible
I've had my carryout orders dropped at this location a couple times before, but this latest one, during the Switchboard Crisis was especially frustrating. The counter attendant didn't apologize for the dropped order, didn't offer to re-enter the order, or otherwise compensate. Their explanation was all but a shrug off trying to get my friend, who I'd sent to pick up the order, to drop the issue and go away. It wasn't until the Georgetown location manager called me explaining that my order had been misplaced due to the new computer systems malfunctioning that we were offered any form of explanation or apology that wasn't treating us like we were crazy. The attendant might have had a lot on their plate, but the sales are going to drop for this location if they don't change their customer service model.
