I placed an online order at starbucks at 2:18. I didn’t leave the store until 3:04. I went up to the cashier asked if i could have a refund, doesn’t say anything starts to make the order. Then the lady continued to say “it’s not my fault we serve the people in the store before online orders”. That isn’t how you should run a business at all, having one myself. You make your preorders before anything. you never know what they have to do or when they have to be somewhere.

This was my first time at this location. The barista was so friendly. I even got to sample the WONDERFUL delicious chocolate chip cookie (it tasted a bit sinful...lol). I got the Venti Cinnamon Dolce, it's my favorite. Give it a try.

Don’t waste your time! Orders are NEVER consistent with flavor or price! I was there at noon today. No one was in line but the Starbucks employee was more worried about talking to the floral lady about the woman in the deli getting fired then making any drinks at all. I ordered 2 of the exact drinks and waited over 30 minutes to get both of my drinks because the Starbucks employee needed to suddenly catch up to the mobile orders. My 2 drinks could not look or taste more different. Instead of gossiping about other employees how about doing your job so maybe you can learn to do it correctly!

I love Starbucks and I collect the cups that they release each season. The app is great for rewards and getting free stuff. I like that you can take in the clear, reusable cup, (clean of course) and save 10 cents and cut back on plastic use. Coffee is delightful!
